Traci Day 3 months agoThis gym is amazing. The coaches explained all of the machines so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed. I was able to try the cold plunge. I thought I would never be able to do!! The sauna is huge, hot and relaxing. All I can really say is WOW!
Bryan Swanson 3 months agoNashville Performance Club is already the best training experience I’ve had in Nashville, and I’ve only been going since they opened. From day one it’s obvious this isn’t a typical big-box gym—it’s a community built around smart coaching, intentional programming, and recovery that helps you feel and perform better, not just sweat more. The strength equipment and layout are truly state of the art, with everything set up for serious training without the clutter, broken machines, or crowds you get at other gyms. Even as a new member, I’ve never felt lost or unsure of what to do; the coach-led sessions are well structured, professional, and still very approachable whether you’re experienced or just getting started. Every workout has a clear plan, and the coaches are constantly watching form, giving feedback, and making adjustments so you get the most out of every session. What really hooked me is the recovery side. The cold plunge and sauna setup is next-level and makes it easy to build recovery into my weekly routine instead of treating it like an afterthought. Being able to finish a hard training session, hit the plunge, and then warm up in the sauna has been a game changer for how I feel the rest of the day and how quickly I bounce back for the next workout. The whole space is spotless and thoughtfully designed, and you can tell a lot of pride goes into keeping it dialed in. On top of all that, the people make this place special. Even though I’m new, the coaches and members have been welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in seeing each other improve—no ego, no intimidation, just a focused and supportive environment. If you’re looking for a serious strength and recovery club in Nashville (not just another crowded gym), Nashville Performance Club should be at the top of your list.
Jinny R 2 months agoAll levels welcome here. Great instructors. Ample parking. I really loved the brand new locker room, co-ed sauna and cold plunge. Clean showers, hair ties and toiletries.
Jonathan Hoo a month agoI’ve officially completed my first full month at Nashville Performance Club, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. It is about as good as it gets. I came in after not being in a gym consistently for over 18 months, and the difference after just one month is undeniable. The gains, energy, flexibility, and overall improvement are not debatable. What originally drew me in was simple: • Knowledgeable staff • Brand new equipment • Wellness and recovery options • Early morning classes • Strong programming and accountability After doing a ton of analytical research on gyms around Nashville, I decided to give NPC a shot. I’m hooked. The 5 AM class has been incredible. The coaches do an amazing job explaining movements, teaching proper form, and making sure everyone understands the “why” behind the workout. They hold you accountable while still creating a positive and encouraging environment. The community here is outstanding too. One thing I’ve really appreciated is the caliber of people who attend the morning classes. The majority are professionals, including many who work at Vanderbilt, which creates a very motivated, disciplined, and positive atmosphere first thing in the morning. On top of that, the recovery and wellness side is elite. Sauna, cold plunge, stretching, and recovery work are all integrated into the culture here and available to members regularly. They truly understand that fitness is more than just lifting weights. Huge thanks to Connor and the entire staff at Nashville Performance Club. Between the coaching, programming, equipment, wellness offerings, and community, there’s really nothing you could want that they don’t have. If you’re considering getting back into shape or taking your fitness to another level, I highly recommend this place. 10/10.
Pat Donaldson 2 months agoI’ve been around a lot of gyms as a physical therapist, and Nashville Performance Club really stands out for all the right reasons. The biggest difference is the coaching staff—they’re not just energetic, they’re genuinely knowledgeable and intentional with how they program and coach movement. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just making people sweat. From a PT perspective, I appreciate the attention to movement quality and the balance between performance and recovery. It’s not just “go hard at all costs” there’s a clear system in place that prioritizes longevity, mobility, and overall health, which is refreshing to see in a group training environment. The facility itself is top-notch. Everything feels well thought out, from the layout to the equipment selection and recovery options. It’s obvious a lot of detail went into creating a space that supports both high performance and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this is one of the few gyms where I’d confidently send clients knowing they’ll be coached well, challenged appropriately, and taken care of long-term.
