I’ve tried a few gyms in Nashville. Pro Vita is the best by far. I became a member ~3 years ago when I knew something needed to change. As a former college football player, I loved going to gym, but along the way lost sight of my health. The coaches at Pro Vita have not only helped me get it back—but even surpass some of my lifts from my football days. (Which was 10+ years ago!) Classes have structure and consistent exercises, but no workout is the same. Their coaches explain every exercise, every time and provide feedback and encouragement throughout the workout. What’s even better is the people: it’s a fun, social environment where you can get to know the people you work out with. The gym even occasionally throws social events! All that to say, I’m so glad I joined Pro Vita. It’s got me performing at my best.

Pro Vita is probably the most unique gym Nashville has to offer. It’s a gym located in the heart of Germantown—a Nashville community historically known for community. Pro Vita has an equally amazing gym community. The small group classes are easy to drop into and really well planned out for the week. The trainers (Dylan, Garrett, Jill, Justin) are all outstanding and just incredible people in general. I train with Dylan but you’re in good hands with any of them!

I was visiting Nashville for the week from New York and did a weekly pass at Pro Vita…couldn’t have had a better experience. Justin and Dylan were super friendly and the gym is stacked with all the equipment you could ask for. Didn’t experience long waits for machines and ample floor space. Hope to be back again!

Clean gym, great crossfit and weightlifting instruction, knowledgeable staff, welcoming group, fitness instruction accessible to everyone. Come here to get healthy and strong. PR'd my clean with help from Kate and Jesse after being here only two days.

As a physical therapist, I’m pretty particular about training environments, and Pro Vita stands out in the best way. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly care about movement quality, not just making people tired. The class programming is well thought out, balanced, and sustainable — the kind of training that actually helps people get stronger, move better, and stay healthy long term. The equipment setup is excellent too — everything you need, nothing gimmicky, and laid out in a way that makes training flow smoothly. What really sets Pro Vita apart, though, is the community. It’s welcoming, encouraging, and completely free of ego. People work hard, support each other, and make it a place you want to show up to. It feels like a team environment, whether you’re brand new or have been training for years. That combination of great coaching, smart programming, and a genuinely positive culture is rare.
