I’ve known Josh for over 10 years, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most knowledgeable trainers I’ve ever met. His gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. The energy in the space is always positive and motivating, and Josh’s personality makes you feel comfortable right away. On top of that, his knowledge is on a whole different level when it comes to fitness—and he always plays great music, which makes the workouts even better. Highly recommend to anyone serious about getting results.💪🏾

One thing I would a tell a friend it’s that I can’t recommend this place enough—truly outstanding in every way. The level of knowledge and expertise is incredible; you can immediately tell that the coach knows exactly what they’re doing and genuinely cares about helping each person improve and succeed. The facilities are excellent—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. It’s such a welcoming and enjoyable environment to be in. What really stands out is that it’s a completely judgment-free zone, where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and motivated. The music is always on point and creates the perfect energy for training. Every session is fun, dynamic, and different, which keeps things exciting and never boring. The workouts are not only effective but also engaging and enjoyable. Overall, it’s an amazing place with an exceptional coach. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, motivating, and high-quality training experience.

I will just let the picture speak for itself. You definitely want to train with Josh Wise. It is a life changing EXPERIENCE (he helped me heal post partum injuries from child birth with no chiropractic assistance, he helped me restore myself mentally and emotionally through our journey together and so much more!). The gym itself and all of his classes will get you where you always needed to be. If you need a mirror, education and takeaways that will make you BETTER, then go to Wise World Fitness.

A clean and inclusive private gym. Good vibes, good people and great equipment. The Bootcamp classes are very engaging and you will work up a sweat! I love how the gym is run and how private it is. Suitable for people of all sizes and strengths. Definitely check it out! You will love it!
