Carmen Bravo a year agoIf you are looking for a CrossFit gym where you feel supported and encouraged, look no further. The coaches know peoples level of strength and are able to plan workouts around that fit but also that change you. The coaches are very approachable and I love that they are so encouraging and willing to advise you on technique. I am enjoying the culture of this place, everyone is friendly, encouraging and approachable.
Michael Grams 4 months agoWent to multiple drop-in while in Bakersfield and I highly recommend it. Alyssa, Cheyenne, and Max were coaching and were incredibly helpful giving a great workout and assisting where needed. Will definitely be dropping in the next time I'm in Bakersfield.
John Gombos 10 months agoOutstanding gym, great equipment and even better coaching. The community is great as well. I started about 3 weeks ago and was welcomed the moment I walked in. The coaches spend a lot of time reviewing form and technique which is crucial in my opinion to avoid injuries. Highly recommend this gym to anyone that has interest in trying out CrossFit!
steve chae a year agoI did a drop in recently and wanted to review this business. I had a great time. Max greeted me when I arrived and went over what the wod was. People vary from experienced to newer. I've been doing crossfit for 5 years myself and even as a total stranger, everyone was very nice and welcoming. This speaks volumes of the culture max cultivates at the box. I would highly recommend giving them a shot. Max is very detailed and this place is solid. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town.
Bruce Balcita a year agoThe space was excellent, the coaches were nice, quick to respond to messages about dropping in, and gave tons of cues and education for the workouts, including why it's being done, which is very helpful. The 4:00 pm crew was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I was extremely happy with my time at rig town. You should definitely stop in if you're in the area.
