This gym is AMAZING!!!!!! I love the classes they are challenging but in a good way and I never feel broken down when I leave. Only rejuvenated and accomplished. The instructors are great and it’s a great vibe !

I absolutely loved PUPPY YOGA CLASS and hope to see more of these types of events. The dogs were so cute and calm. I’m also grateful for the volunteers and the owner. Everybody was so kind. The venue was also great because it was very clean and we had plenty of room. The only downside was having to pay for parking. I think that it is a good partnership between the studio and Footbridge. Lastly, I am also grateful for all of the education that I gained during my class.

Really enjoyed the Reps and Rows class - effective and good variety which makes the class seem to go by quickly. Lots of opportunities to make it more challenging or more manageable throughout the workout. Alison is a great instructor! Parking in the garage is easy and they let you validate for 1.5hr.

Awesome reviews led me and my friend to EnergyX Fitness while at a conference in San Antonio (visiting from Seattle)... and they did not disappoint. We got the opportunity to attend four different classes with three different instructors and each was absolutely fantastic. We felt welcomed from the minute we walked in. Classes were approachable and modifications were aplenty so that all attendees could find their perfect fit for each move. Cannot recommend EnergyX enough and will definitely be back next time we're in town. Thank you!
