Kaizen is such an incredible place! It creates an inclusive environment where adaptive athletes and anyone else can come train, grow, and feel supported. I love that they’re now offering wellness services too! it really makes it a space focused on total health and performance!

The Saturday community classes are awesome! There’s an emphasis on the word community and it’s so fun to work out with others. A great class that allows you to push yourself and meets you at your own fitness level. Emily makes you feel so welcome.

Highly recommend the Kaizen Adaptive Training Coaching Course whether you are new to adaptive fitness or a seasoned pro. Emily and her team are very welcoming and passionate about growing adaptive fitness. The workouts were the best part! Can’t wait to visit Kaizen in VA Beach soon.

Emily’s gym is truly one of a kind. She has literally put her blood, sweat, and tears into building and crafting such a welcoming environment. From all walks of life and levels of training she introduces all members and newbies to say hi and really make genuine connections. This is not a passion project, this is her calling. Her ability to connect all levels of strength and fitness is unparalleled. If you’re new to VB as a resident or even a tourist stopping by for some vacation, or maybe you’re here for work. Come into the gym and you won’t be disappointed. You’ll meet great people and if you’re lucky, you’ll even walk away with some delicious pudding from Catalyzt Nutrition.
