I've been going to Train Moment for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best investments I've made in myself. Since starting, I've noticed so much progress in both my strength and endurance—more than I ever expected when I first walked through the door. What I love most is that the coaches really care and take the time to help you improve, no matter where you're starting from. The workouts are challenging but approachable, and they do a great job of pushing you while still making sure you're moving safely and confidently. The community is also a huge part of what keeps me coming back. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable showing up, working hard, and celebrating your progress along the way. If you're looking for a gym in the Third Ward with great coaching, great people, and workouts that actually get results, I can't recommend Train Moment enough!

TM MKE has been a great gym for the past year I have been a member. The classes are challenging, but not over the top. The coaches are knowledgeable and great motivators to help you reach your goals. Overall recommend if you’re a looking for a great workout class.

She has a special gift for creating a supportive and positive atmosphere where everyone feels like they belong. Her coaching is truly top-tier. She is knowledgeable, articulate, and knows exactly how to motivate and push you to achieve your personal best, all while keeping things engaging and fun. You can see the dedication and expertise in every session she runs. More than just a coach, Paige is an absolute inspiration. She leads by example with her positive attitude, commitment, and genuine care for every person she works with. She doesn't just teach skills; she instills confidence and a passion for growth. Gabby is a phenomenal instructor!! I felt like the workout gave me the opportunity to push myself and I still felt encouraged and empowered at the end. 10/10 experience - would recommend!

Loved my experience at Train! They truly focus on strength and conditioning in a refreshing way that focuses on form while still pushing you out of your comfort zone. Coach Bri is a wonderful coach who is both uplifting and passionate about her classed! I can’t recommend it enough!
