It is always a pleasant surprise when a gym exceeds your expectations, especially when you walk in expecting the "budget" experience and get "premium" instead. I’ll admit, I was skeptical about trying EōS Fitness based on some mixed reviews I’d heard about the brand in general. I’m from Los Angeles, where EōS recently took over several Gold’s Gym locations, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, while visiting Arizona for a few days, this was the closest option—and I was honestly shocked when I walked inside. The size and capacity of this facility are incredibly impressive. It is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and you can tell the team here takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and safely. The equipment selection is a total chef’s kiss. What really sold me, though, was the dedicated room tucked away in the corner with the professional lighting and mirrors for photos and filming. My private gym in LA is set up the exact same way, but it costs more than double the price of a membership here. I have three days left on my trip, and I’m genuinely looking forward to spending them at this location. If you’re looking for a premium feel without the premium price tag, this is it.

Well $20 for a day pass is rather exorbitant. Although I had my reason for just paying it this day that gave me the impression they really don't care about how they treat potential members. I went to use the locker room and hot tub and it's really poor planning or just cheap of management not to have more of non slip flooring in these areas. Also gotta say I hate the shower setup of basically being a bathroom stall with a shower rather than a toilet. No raised edge to prevent water spillage andcagain no non slip flooring. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'll give them a plus for keeping the hot tub hot but not overly so like some other gyms. You can soak longerwithout getting so overheated. The jets are also reasonable. The annoying teenagers are not a plus. If you join this gym I highly recommend taking non slip aqua shoes or at least beach sandals for the wet locker room and pool/hot tub areas. I also have no plans to join after what I had to pay for one day and what I saw there. Lots of room to improve the experience .

I'm dropping in from Toronto and I am so happy I found this gym! All of the equipment is well maintained and fantastic, there's more than enough lifting platforms and free weights to match. The best part is how clean the space is. For a gym that's well over 10000 square feet it is immaculately clean with all the weights put away in the proper spots. The change rooms, sauna, pool area is also clean with more than enough lockers so you can store your stuff. If you're ever visiting the Mesa Arizona area and need a gym, this place is it!!!

I’ve been a member at this gym for about a year now. I pay for the exclusive membership and a personal trainer. While I’m approaching my goals on my fitness journey I have had to consider the length of my training & the possibility of ending it seems so unbelievably silly to me at this point. I have connected with the trainer Jill in such a manner that it seems insane of me to end such a journey. She makes me want to reevaluate my goals entirely and see what true inner strength I have. Jillian has been a key part of me rebuilding my core after some serious health concerns from being a c section mom. Her plans are workout 100% responsible for why I get to avoid an invasive surgery. She keeps me motivated and sane. It’s has been such a privilege to work with her so far and I cannot put into words how excited I am to see how far it goes. I’m about to be 30 flirty and thriving and it’s literally because she’s so good at her job. Thank you Eos for getting my girl. Jillian you have my heart forever from one hot momma to another hot momma. Thank you for helping me take care of myself.
