I was excited to find a gym near me that had great reviews and a greater sign on package. I mainly like to use cardio equipment but have been wanting to expand slowly into weights. I toured the location and it looked great so I signed up for their top monthly package ($30 something per month) to start out because it offered a free 1 on 1 training with one of their personal trainers. I thought that was great and fair. After learning that I was new to the gym, one of the trainers felt very strongly that I needed much more than this single training and that I should have at least sessions 3x/week which would make my gym membership come out to over $200 per month. I let them know I was mainly joining for the cardio and I didn't feel like a trainer was needed at the moment. I also told them that finances were an issue, but they continued to press saying "I don't want you on your own" and encouraging me that without a trainer my goals would be more difficult. After several attempts at saying no, the trainer said it was fine but we would circle back again. The whole interaction made me feel very uncomfortable. Rather than feeling empowered and excited to try new things, I felt anxious and worried about how I would afford it later. Ultimately I decided to go another route. The facility looked great and everyone I interacted with seemed kind. I just really didn't appreciate the intensive sales pitch when I had already let them know I wasn't interested. I just wanted a place to run on the treadmill and maybe pick up a few weights and not feel obligated to sign up for these extra trainings.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience at this gym. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m being racially profiled. The way I’m watched, treated, and approached is completely different from others, and it creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Going to the gym should be about working out and feeling good, not feeling judged or singled out. This has happened multiple times, so it’s not just a one-off situation. Management seriously needs to address this and make sure all members are treated with respect and fairness. Until that changes, I can’t recommend this place. These two in the picture are the worst

So glad I signed up for this membership even though I’ve been slacking lately. The gym offers everything I need and a lot more than expected. I also signed up with a personal trainer and Alix is absolutely amazing! He has shown me so many things and taught me so much. He’s patient and so encouraging! It’s definitely money well spent. Thanks Alix!

Love coming here. Alix has been an amazing help and has given me so much to do in and out of personal training and I know it'll do me good. This guy's amazing and so is this gym

EOS sucks. There’s no other way around it. The gym is always way too crowded, it’s not clean, & the staff are pretty much going to shake you down for personal training. Tried to cancel months ago but when you google it’ll send you to one place to do it but you can’t cancel there. I signed up for the new year’s thing to give them a chance and of course that no contract stuff is a lie. It was only a $1 to start but since I didn’t cancel within the first 1-2 weeks they would charge me $90 to cancel. I went to a different location my first time and got haggled for 45 minutes when I walked in the door for them to try and sell me their garbage. Then of course a few weeks later they started blowing my phone up with calls and texts about it. Do they have some cool equipment? Sure some of the locations. But they’re usually dirty and it’s too packed. Not even just with people all the equipment is absurdly close together. The only reason I’d get an EOS membership is if I was a swimmer. Otherwise just go literally anywhere else.
