My overall experience at this gym was good. Not bad for a first time at Eos. For $10-$25 a month you get modern equipment, a shower, sauna, and free locker access. Other locations do offer pools, jacuzzi, and steam rooms. My only critique is they need to keep it clean. There were sweat marks in the sauna and footprints. I wouldn't trust taking my shoes off here. But the staff were fine and I would come back if I'm around the area.

Called for an issue I’ve been having with my account and Chené was amazing at getting me through my situation and helping carry on with my situation. She was empathetic and a great listener which is exactly what I needed! Really made me feel understood and valued as a customer. Chené was professional yet empathetic - anyone need concise yet helpful feedback Chené would be the one to talk to!

The overall experience is very different at this gym. I love the staff, especially Jocelynn and Morgan, they are always so helpful. My coach Thomas is also extremely helpful and always ready to answer any questions about fitness. I definitely recommend setting up weekly sessions with him!! 5/5 stars!

I signed up when I was told I was aloud to come in and park my bike or scooter inside due to high theft rate in this area. Tonight I come in after a 3 mile bike ride to work out and they said no bike parking inside the building. Interesting sales manager said that it was ok too. The tatted male said no sorry. Why is it not possible to give 0 stars? I guess sales will say whatever to get you in. But I brought my scooter in before and they said nothing. Mind you both are not gas powered. Also, both were on the side where it is not an inconvenience to anyone. I asked to cancel services then and they sorry that is done online. Normally I don’t give negative reviews I just let it be. This time I feel a change of heart.

EOS on Gilbert and Baseline is such a great gym! The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the child care is amazing my kids actually look forward to going. Jessica especially deserves a shout out. she’s one of the most helpful and kind employees I’ve ever met. She always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this location!
