Excellent place especially for us old folks. I'm 79 and it's making a tremendous help for my balance. My coach Ben is wonderful and patient. Yoaneph and Ethan are the best at front desk help and encouragement.

I used to love to go to EOS fitness, but found out quite quickly that EOS doesn’t care about their customers only about money. I requested a freeze on my account due to falling down the stairs and having a back injury. I was told my account would be frozen and never was. I am now being charged for the months that I haven’t been able to attend not because I don’t want to but because I can’t even make it to work. I have lost my main source of income and I am being charged 3 months of membership and fees all because my account wasn’t frozen. I even have documentation from the doctor. I signed up for personal training when enrolled in the gym in the contract it stipulates that you have 3 days to either cancel or change the amount of times you go a week for personal training. I had signed up for 2 days a week which is $280 biweekly, $560 a month. I still have 6 classes that have been paid for and have not been able to use. I spoke with Austin at the Greenfield location (person that enrolled me and said I should do it now because the sale was going to end possibly by the following day (I have witnesses)). I went back less than 24 hours later and Austin said no changes could be made to the contract that was already signed even though my hours had been cut at work from full time to part time and being the only income at my house. I have emailed them to try to workout a resolution with no response. I have not been able to make it there in person. I do not recommend this gym unless you want to be locked into a contract that they themselves do not abide by.

I love this place. The kids place staff are so kind and friendly. My little one loves and looks forward to the gym. The overnight staff is so kind. The day staff are super friendly, even when they are busy. They are pretty busy during the day because it's a great location with great staff. The gym is clean and I am so happy I signed up. Ive been coming to this location for a year and recommend it to everyone. I love going at night time, but anytime I go the staff is always so nice and friendly. Thank you for that! Other gym goers are friendly , I had no issues at all at this gym in the year I've been going. The weights are heavy and the environment is energizing.

This place is horrible. I quit on site because of the lack of customer service and rudeness of staff, including the Manager. The front desk staff were more worried about their Burger King coupons than actually being decent humans and treating people with kindness, when I brought my son as my guest and was told, while eyes rolling at me, I can ONLY pay for him to be a member (he can't be my guest). Instead they act rude, ignorant and completely disrespectful. It's to bad because I was hopeful becoming a member, LOVED the downtown location and ONE interaction changed everything. But I hope they enjoyed their Burger King. Do better.
