I have been working out at this gym for several months and due to my work schedule I don't get there until 10:30-11:00 PM. My experience last night is why I am writing a review because it was far more productive than usual. Typically when I come in there is no one at the front desk but when I walked in I was greeted by a new friendly face behind the desk who went above and beyond to help me several times during my workout. Victoria even showed me the recovery room that I hadn't used before. Its probably the first time I felt like I wasn't blindly trying to get my workout over with and get out of there. It's a beautiful spacious gym and now I feel even more comfortable having learned more about the amenities. Having a great staff does make a difference!!

This is a relatively newer location. It's clean on the inside and the machines are well spaced out. They have a good amount of bench presses, squat racks, isolated machines, and pulley machines that I've never really had to pause my workout to wait for something to open up. I typically workout here in the late morning or late afternoon, i do think even at peak hours. This location is relatively less crowded compared to other locations closer to Phoenix. The locker rooms in sauna are well kept and same with the pool. I am constantly seeing cleaning stuff around taking care of things. I don't really do classes or personal training, so can't comment on that. Most of their gyms offer a lot of extra including body scans, towels, and recovery areas. I have been a member for over 5 years, been to many locations, you kind of know what to expect from EoS gym and this holds to their standard. Their memberships are fair price, I have the multi-club, expect an initiation fee unless you catch a deal.

Update: 12/5 Love the gym. Staff is helpful and friendly. Tons of equipment. Always clean. But then there's this, Here's a tip, turn down the freakin' gym music!!!!! Many of us have headphones and ear buds to listen to our own choice. Don't need to be drowned out by the gym sound system.

I wouldn’t want my daughter going here. I tiny blonde girl pulled in next to me right as I pulled in at like 3:45 in the morning. So still dark, still night. On my way out I got in my car and saw weird notes on her window saying “I love seeing your smile every day. Have a beautiful day!” and another one I forget what it said. But it’s just weird to leave that on a girls window while she’s in the gym. Wasn’t signed or anything. Just anonymous notes and she was clearly alone. I went in. They apparently only have one worker so I couldn’t find anybody at the front desk after like 15 minutes plus calling. Any other gym I can find somebody at or near the front and if I can’t they appear pretty quick. The girl they had working I had to go find after watching countless people just let their bros in without a membership. And I’ve seen this in the day. So your membership is basically paying for strangers to use your gym. What a great feeling. Anyways… I find the worker and tell her I thought she should know about these notes. She was like “maybe they’re wanted” I said “Even if they are I think it’s important that you know or maybe let her know?” She seemed completely unfazed. She said “this happens alot here.” And I was like “And you have no process for this?” She said “well we sort of do. I can write an incident report if something happens.” I was just like in awe. I was just wondering who’s even going to help her with that if nobody seems to work at the front? She asked me if I asked the customer that had the notes on her if they were wanted. I was just like “well I’m a customer here? I’m not going to go around asking strangers at your gym if that’s her car and if noted are wanted on her window. I didn’t get a good look of her either. It seems like since she’s your customer and she’s in your establishment she should probably know or somebody should probably know?” Honestly I was shocked by how unfazed the worker was by this. She said “I can maybe leave a note for a manager and when they get in they can check the cameras.” I was just like “don’t worry. I’m going to call when they are in.” On my way out she was just like “I hope she’s okay.” I was like “Yeah! It’s unfortunate that all we can do is HOPE!” Then walked out. So at the end of the day if you like overcrowded gyms where you’re paying for half of the people there that don’t get checked on the way in join EOS. If you’re a small girl that works out at night and likes weird anonymous notes on your windows and an establishment that could care less about your safety, join EOS. If you love needing help and never being able to find an employee, join EOS. If you like looking for a specific bar for a machine rest assured somebody that isn’t paying for a membership is already occupying it and you paid for that, join EOS. Not to mention the main amenity people want after or before a workout is the massage chairs. And half the time they’re either broken and the other half of the time they’re half broken. Oh and if you like poorly maintained machines that have drag and other issues, join EOS. Garbage bags function better than EOS. I’ll be cancelling my membership. I just cancelled. They use a separate billing company with their call center in like the Philippines. Enjoy that.

I have been working out at this EOS location since it opened. They consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep. The morning reception staff consistently exhibits a professional and amiable demeanor. Kobe, who is typically present during my check-ins, consistently projects a positive and uplifting attitude, which is always a great way to start my morning, as does the rest of the early morning reception team.
