I had a great first experience at this gym today. I was given a full tour, got in a solid workout, and was also able to enjoy a recovery session afterward. The facilities were very clean, everything was well-organized, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. Colton did an excellent job presenting the gym and explaining everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Colton was so easy to talk to, that I felt very comfortable telling him my fitness goals and my enthusiasm for coaching my own fitness clients. You can tell the staff, Colton, D-Mo, and Draco really care about creating a quality environment for members. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Planet Fitness is a friendly place that welcomes its members 24 hours a day — a true convenience for anyone with a busy schedule. Physique Fitness, on the other hand, isn’t just a gym. It offers a wide variety of classes and activities that make every visit exciting and purposeful. Today I experienced the Healthier You program, a personalized workout with coach Joanne Jessop (on the photograph). Joanne is professional, dedicated, and compassionate. She carefully selected the perfect set of exercises for me, and I already feel energized and renewed after just one session. I wholeheartedly recommend Physique Fitness to anyone who wants to feel healthier, stronger, and younger. With supportive coaches like Joanne and such a diverse range of programs, it truly stands out as more than a gym — it’s a place to grow and thrive.

Such a great gym. Spacious, clean, and packed with everything — free weights, machines, treadmills, stair steppers, and a sauna. It’s easy to get a full workout in without feeling crowded. It’s so bright and airy. Very friendly staff!

I've always have a great experience here and Johanna is a wonderful trainer. Really appreciate them always listening and working with me to help me out. Ryan the fitness manager is always there to help, Johanna has been great; physiq is amazing 👏

This gym is amazing! Colton helped me out getting set up and Orlando the manager is great. The staff is very kind and personable. The gym itself is very new with new equipment that is kept up well. The amenities are good for a gym this size. It is not busy even at peak times! All around 5 stars!
