I’ve been to Planet fitness‘s all over the United States and I have to say this is one of the nicest Planet fitness I’ve ever been in. I can’t imagine anyone ever has to wait to get on a treadmill, a stationary bike or a stair climber I’ve never seen so many on one place in my life and I’m 55 years old and been working out in gym since I was 16 . There is no shortage of anything in this gym. They literally have so much equipment to choose from and their free weight section is the best I’ve seen. At any Planet fitness I’ve been to . Im Very impressed.

I only use black spa perks so I deal with front desk a lot, having to ask for each thing separately but usually back to back. I always feel like I’m bothering them with the responses I get. Today I seem Jordan for the first time, she was extremely polite and seemed very upbeat and happy to be there. She is the perfect person to have at front desk!

This place is always clean. Very professional and cordial staff. Machines are always clean and if anything broken get fixed pretty much timely manner. I have no complaints, i get a great work out every time. Staff is always moping with the ghost buster gear on or wiping down the equipments. Very professional. Recently i noticed i think her name is Ally she was dealing with a rude member with calm and utmost professionalism. You can’t pay me to deal with some of the members that these guys have to deal with. Most of the staff is on point with customer service. Ally seems always running around cleaning or restocking. She is always pleasant. I hope this doesn’t persuade anyone to come to this gym coz i like having machines for myself. Not crowded 😇. Just kidding. But I’ve been coming to this place for a good while now, this place has NOT let me down even once. I give credit where credit is due Great place, friendly staff. Even better atmosphere. Nuff said✌🏽

wow… never been to this gym before besides today. i don’t live in this city so the lady at the counter named Jordan said this wasn’t our home gym and my boyfriend couldn’t take a quick 5 minute shower but then suggested we use a free day pass. with that being said, we asked her if she could direct us to it, and she immediately caught an attitude, saying we could leave if we couldn’t figure it out on our own, and that she has no idea how to find the day pass and that they close in 30 minutes so we need to just leave. she claimed we had an attitude with her when we were both extremely calm - we work customer service ourselves so we know how to talk to people servicing us - but this woman was just straight rude! i never write reviews but absolutely needed to today because this was a terrible experience with such disgusting attitude from this woman. thank you to Luther, who let us use the showers at the end. absolutely no reason for Jordan to give us such nasty treatment. she should not be working the front if she doesn’t understand how talking to people works.

Talked to store manager to close my account. Agreed to cancel my account but did not cancel my account and allowed it to bill my account multiple times for approximately 125 dollars. Each time I talked to the store manager they promised me a refund and to cancel my account but they still allowed it to charge me many times after clear communication. I called more than 5 times to try to resolve this and I have still not received my refund. My account stopped charging me. I have an email stating to me that my account was closed and that is why I had not resolved this until it started billing me again. I called back in December and then many times after that including email communication. I have no choice but to put this review.
