Bad customer service. I brought my daughter with me to work out. She is a plus one for my wife’s account. My wife didn’t come today so it was just us. They didn’t her in because she wasn’t there. We already drove there so I don’t understand why they couldn’t just let it in for today. I’m canceling my membership.

I went after 6pm on a Saturday and this gym was not busy at all . It has lots new equipment here, check out my photos. . Awesome gym , not too crowded and clean.

Traffic is horrendous, lbut if you like playing Frogger, this is the place for you. There are other businesses in the area and drivers smash through driving recklessly and don't care and always in a hurry! Clean though, and some new equipment. Customer service is eh. Not bad, not good and too busy to adequately provide it. The reason for this review is them tampering unbeknownst with ones banking account and at will!! Alas, I shift funds around to pay for protecting the integrity of my account and inadvertently forgot FOR THE FIRST TIME! Once I found out oops, I tried to pay immediately, over-the-phone, online and in person but told to wait a couple of days for transaction to come back and no fees would be applied because of effort to IMMEDIATELY resolve!!! 😠 😡 😤 NOT and to the contrary! They yanked $25 from my account with no notice and it's my belief that they do it on purpose when every effort is made to take care of it! Shameless greed! Despicable and was lied to! So many choices out there and now shopping around for a gym that operates with integrity and cares about their long time members! I'm disgusted and will not recommend this gym although on a positive note it clean, operable equipment and you cam get a great work in oftentimes.

So this is a post that corporate really needs to pay attention to Scarlett runs one heck of a tight ship their that is the cleanest location that I've been to other than mckellips and power Scarlett's location power and McKellips are there two cleanest facilities I've been to and I've been to a lot of them here in the valley Scarlett staff is always courteous respectful and they are always doing their job as far as cleaning goes entreating everybody with the utmost courtesy Scarlett Nash Nate and Brianna just to name a few are awesome employees I've been a member for a while now and get these employees go somewhere else I will go somewhere else as well and there is a lot of followers who feel the same way also Becca is an amazing human being do not change a thing Scarlett and Bobby's location is Broadway and Lindsay in Mesa Arizona these people are awesome at this location you need to do whatever you need to do to keep them all
