Great gym atmosphere. Friendly staff and gym—goers. Very kind and supportive. They also carry a variety of Kratom and kava seltzers to support a better workout.

Good gym great environment. I love how they have made a bigger focus for powerlifting. Owner is a well educated gentlemen that loves giving to the community. Ernie is the best, I feel welcomed here. He will have conversations with just about anybody, give you great advice, and be flat out honest with you. Just his presence himself is worth coming here for. You are a member here and not a number.

TG is what a gym is supposed to be. Dedicated people, industrial equipment and regular cable equipment, and awesome staff. So happy to see it keep growing!

Easily one of the best first time experience ive had at a gym. Will, the employee thst greeted me on the way in was very informative, gave me the option for a week pass which saved me money in the long run since ill be going for the next week. Also pointed me in the right direction for working out my back that day. The gym is well taken care of + they litteraly had everything I needed for a person here on vacation need your gym essentials such a protein and pre-workout etc. I bought a shirt in honor of the good experience. This defintely would be the gym I went to if I lived here.

Very clean facility with plenty of functioning equipment and weights. They utilize the space very well with a recovery room and other parts of the gym that are useful. There are a lot of bodybuilders but I find it motivational and not intimidating. I like the religious aspect of this gym and the community they promote.they have apparel from MNDST which are awesome and quality clothes.
