Rating: 4/5 stars (Would be 5 if not for a rocky start!) ​The Gym: Great facility, excellent equipment, and a really nice location. ​The Bitter: I joined for weightlifting and body recomp, but my first trainer completely ignored my goals and health limitations (asthma/dysautonomia). Instead of teaching me to lift, she told me I "wasn't ready" for the squat rack and pushed resistance bands, circuit training with equipment I'll never use, eventually she would tell me to "do more cardio" and nothing was part of my goals. I felt discouraged and watched HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS go down the drain. As a neurodivergent person, speaking up wasn’t easy, but I finally went to the PT manager. He paired me with Jack for my remaining sessions. ​The Sweet: I wish I’d been paired with Jack from day one! He put me right on the dang squat rack during our first session. He actually listened, remembered my physical limitations, and tailored everything to MY goals. He is incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable. ​The Verdict: The gym itself is great, but the training experience is only as good as your trainer. If you want a serious, attentive coach who actually listens, do yourself a favor and sign up with Jack.

I did not have a good time at all! I was not allowed to go in as a guest since supposedly my accounts from 2024 had a pending payment even though i’ve had a membership with the same phone number since 2025 when I reopened it. Staff at the front desk were kind of laughing at us, the only person that was nice and helpful was the assistant manager. I had to call eos alma school, they provided me the receipt that shows i paid it off 2 years ago.

I joined EōS Fitness at the Central Phoenix location today, and I specifically wanted to leave a review because of the outstanding experience I had with Billy. From the moment I walked in, Billy was warm, genuine, professional, and incredibly personable. He made the entire process comfortable and easy. What stood out most was that he was not pushy at all. He listened to what I was looking for in a gym, respected my preferences, and guided me based on my actual needs instead of trying to force a sale. He was knowledgeable about every amenity, answered my questions with confidence, and made the value of the membership clear without pressure. Because of Billy, I signed up immediately for the top-tier membership. To be honest, if I had worked with someone else, I likely would have left to compare another gym I was planning to visit. Billy is the reason I joined today. I was surprised to learn he has only been at this location for four weeks. If this is how he shows up already, he is absolutely an asset to your organization. Employees like Billy create trust, build loyalty, and directly impact membership growth. Corporate should know they have someone special on their team. Thank you, Billy, for making what could have been a routine sign-up feel like an exceptional experience.

Visiting AZ from cali, I stopped by this EOS location for a late night session. Had an amazing workout. Great equipment. Open 24hrs 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. Friendly and courteous staff. Will definitely use this specific location every time I’m in town. Thanks for the hospitality.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TYLER Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I had concerns about my membership and the late fee. He was able to hear me out. Assess the situation. And point me in the right direction
