Visiting from Cali and needed a guest pass for a few days. Alex was ridiculously helpful, high energy and super-duper attentive. Don’t remember the beautiful girls name who was also at the front desk but she was equally as amazing. You guys made my day and I worked out harder than usual so def owe that to you for your extra support and kindness. Thanks again Alex! Love Eve💙🐾

Had a genuinely great experience at EOS today. From the moment I walked in, Christopher Johnston, the Master Trainer, set the tone in the best way possible. He greeted me right away, was welcoming, and made the gym feel inviting instead of transactional. Christopher carries himself with a confident, positive attitude and honestly gives off private gym owner energy—the kind of person who clearly cares about the environment, the people in it, and the standard being set. He even took the time to compliment me, which sounds small, but it goes a long way in creating a motivating and comfortable atmosphere. Interactions like this are what separate a good gym from a forgettable one. Huge shout-out to Christopher for making the experience feel professional, positive, and human. This is EXACTLY how a gym should feel.

I was excited to join, but my experience during the signup process at this location left a bad impression. The staff seemed much more focused on selling personal training than helping me get started with my membership. I clearly stated multiple times that I was not interested in personal training and even asked whether it was optional. After being told it was, I declined, but the sales pressure continued. Multiple staff members approached me one after another, each trying to convince me to sign up despite my repeated refusals. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was that I had already communicated that I simply wanted to join the gym, work on my own goals, and be left alone. Instead, I felt pressured and intimidated by the persistent sales tactics. Not everyone walks into a gym feeling confident. For people who are introverted, new to fitness, or dealing with social anxiety, it can take a lot just to step through the door. Being met with an aggressive sales environment makes that experience even harder. I was happy to pay for a membership and become a customer, but the interaction made me feel like sales numbers mattered more than the people joining the gym. There are several EōS locations in the area, and because of this experience, I’d rather visit one of those instead.

I had an outstanding experience with Joey G at EOS on Bell Road and felt it was absolutely worth sharing. Joey went far above and beyond what I would expect from anyone in his position—he helped me with something completely outside of his department, and did so without hesitation. What really stood out was his patience and genuine willingness to help. He never made me feel like a burden or rushed through the interaction. Instead, he handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and a level of care you’d expect from a high-end luxury car dealership. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. Joey is a huge asset to EOS, and his work ethic and attitude did not go unnoticed. Truly top-tier service.

Great gym. The best staff. 5 stars if the sauna was so inconsistent. Barely tapping 145* for last 3 months. **** next time you build a camera friendly section, ask a photographer so you don’t use the worst lighting possible*** No joke you couldn’t have chosen worse lol. Not mad, just sayin flood lights ain’t it
