Otis is hands down the BEST at 24 Hour Fitness. From the moment I walked in, Otis treated me with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. He didn’t just “sign me up” — he actually listened to what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about people, not just numbers. Otis went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my membership. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it deserves to be recognized. If everyone worked like Otis, this gym would be unstoppable. 24 Hour Fitness is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves a raise and more recognition for the way he represents this place. Highly, highly recommend asking for Otis if you’re signing up.

I love this gym. The staff is friendly. The environment is great, even when it's busy. Parking is great, and there is a huge variety of offerings with a widespread amount of equipment. The gym's cleanliness overall is pretty good. They take care of their pool area, and the sauna and steam room are always working.

Otis Jordan has been the most helpful individual I’ve experienced at 24 hour fitness and I’ve been a member for 14 years. Super grateful for his honesty and integrity that’s rare now days . I was about to leave 24 hours fitness but because of his help I’m continuing my membership.

Every time i come to this location everything’s maintained, the facility guy does his part. The front end staff has always been cordial. The general manger Otis has always been knowledgeable and up front about my membership when i did have questions. Helping make adjustments on my annual billing. Also the sales rep Chris super detailed, and always on point with helping keep the gym clean. good team they have

Give Nathan a promotion! What an amazing experience! Please give Nathan at the Orangewood location. Erase! My man was so helpful and kind, with me being a college student and having issues with my account, not only did he help me fix the issues, but made sure that it would not happen at other locations as well! And he let me get a good lift in, even though my account was having problems. I am so so thankful for this amazing service and Nathan is the best! Give this dude a promotion!
