I have been absolutely loving it so far! Such an amazing gym for a great price too! I would rather be here than LA fitness, AND its more affordable! I love how big the gym is and everything works great, the smoothie bar is sooo nice, the cinema is so cool, and the pool area with the hot tub, sauna, and steam room are perfect!! Literally the perfect gym is like an adult playground! I have a friend in Colorado wishing he had a Chuze from how cool it sounds. I have been recommending this gym to everyone because I have been loving it so much!

I like the clean environment, the ability to wipe off machines with gym provided wipes, the smell of chlorine when walking into pool area. I love the quiet room, bringing my dream of working out and watching movies to a reality. I love the feel of 2 gyms in 1 with the functional training area similar to a crossfit gym. I love there are treadmills everywhere including class rooms and I've never had to wait for one. I love the friendly staff always greeting me as I arrive and depart. The smoothie bar is another highlight for me; the protein shakes are delicious, and I appreciate that the Spring water and Celsius drinks are reasonably priced. I drive approx. 15 miles to go to this gym passing at least three 24 hour fitness locations (my previous gym of 6 years) and a host of other gyms because the experience is worth the commute. I am looking forward to the planned opening in Long Beach. I hope that location will include a pool; otherwise, I will happily continue trekking to Anaheim for the next year.

OMG, this gym is absolutely packed with people—and yet they’re still accepting more memberships? They care more about money than the comfort of their existing members... It’s unbelievable.🫤🫤 Not everything in this life is about money—quality matters too! FIX THIS MANAGER👎🏼💩

I had a wonderful experience at this gym. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in getting me started on my weight loss journey. They have great amenities, my favorite is the cinema. They also have an awesome recovery suite. I toured 3 gyms and Chuze was by far the best with all the best amenities I was looking for. I never thought I’d say this but now I look forward to going to the gym lol

Love this gym but the staff here is not friendly at all. They greet with a stank face, the female staff especially. I don’t know what their problem is but if they don’t like their job or customer service, then don’t work there. I don’t want to order my smoothies and be greeted or attended by people with negative energy that can’t even say the word “hello” to you or how can I help you. When it’s their LITERAL JOB . Someone really needs to go retrain their staff on customer service
