I had an amazing experience at Planet Fitness at 1620 W Katella Ave, Anaheim. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Jett, who truly went above and beyond for me. He took the time to listen to my issues, offering a help for my membership that exceeded my expectations. His personalized attention and genuine empathy made me feel valued rather than just another member. The customer service here is truly top-notch—professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Came in on a Sunday right before close it seemed pretty slow. The workers seemed okay enough my only complaint.. the ladies restrooms were disgusting. Honestly these women should be ashamed the condition they left these stalls in. I had to go through 3 stalls before finding a clean-ish one on the 4th try. That’s just embarrassing. Clean up after yourself ladies! Flush the toilet and throw the toilet paper IN the toilet.. ITS NOT HARD

Don't waste your time at this place. I joined up a week ago. The place is tiny. The staff is rude. Heart is hell in there. And to top it off, I'm on my motorcycle with my backpack and they tell me, oh, you can do it. The first time but you can't have your backpack on the floor so then I go start working out. I noticed there's like 10 people with their backpacks with them. And i'm like, oh, these people aren't the first day so I asked three of them why they have their backpacks with them.They said, because they've been stealing out of the lockers, what a joke, this place is

Usually go to other locations but decided to try this one. “It can’t be so bad at 3.8” First off the lighting in here is crazy. This location is pretty dingy and outdated. Smells bad: and a lot of the equipment is old, like the plate is loose on the barbell. Will not return. Yuck

gym is decent and great workers always been friendly. but literally so many machines are out of order and have been like this for weeks… water faucet is out of order. 3-4 machines are out of order as soon as you walk in. some seats are ripped and uncomfortable sitting down and equipment is not maintenanced. seems like no one from headquarters is paying attention to this location because other locations don’t have this problem at all. walked in and literally thought it was a yard sale based on all the machines just not being used because it’s out of order.. restrooms are literally unusable and can’t work out based on how bad shape the machines are if someone from upper management sees this, please pay attention to this location.. great workers and great environment now it’s your part to help them out by providing adequate equipment to help this location be great.
