Had a really good experience at Hillside Wellness with mauricio at the UFC. I got cupping therapy (they use suction cups on your back to relieve tension), and it helped a lot more than I expected. The space was very clean, professional, and relaxing, and the staff clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole session. Overall, solid experience and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with tightness or muscle tension.

Total beginner here! Just started personal training kickboxing with Omar and felt supported every step of the way. He’s patient, motivating, and makes learning the basics feel empowering. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this gym so far. I’m thankful to have Omar S. training me here at the classes. He such a great experience trainer & has taught me a lot. Feels like I’m getting better everyday training with him. He is like my own personal sensei & I can’t thank him more. Thank you guys for having him here at this location. 💪🏻

I wanted a gym membership and my wife could enjoy, i wanted to introduce her to muay thai gradually, the manager told us we could call ahead and join classes and i could use the open floor space to show her how to hit mits before the classes, just a quick warm up. The boxing instructors got all hurt because of it, said i was taking away from their business, so i decided to quit and cancel, they charged my card for 2 years i kept emailing and calling to cancel, still struggling with this til this day. Ariana the manager never calls me back ive left numerous messages. Scam artist

Gym schedule says it's supposed to open at 4am this morning. It's almost 5am and no one is here. Multiple people have already left. I regret buying a pass so I can get a workout in before hitting the parks. Now I get to see how hard it is to get your money back....smh
