Best gym experience ever. After being a member of CenCal barbell for some time now, I can say after experiencing the atmosphere there’s no going to back to regular gyms! CENCAL is unique in every aspect, take notes because they are the blueprint for how fitness should be!!

Loved the Gym, honestly theirs no gym that compares to me. Provides a lot of gym equipment and services that are hard to match. 24/7, never too busy to where you’re looking for equipment to use. Outside portion is awesome. The picture room is so nice to have to track you progress. atmosphere is really great and friendly. I’m Out here in oregon and I cannot find something even similar to this gym. Im really going to miss this gym. 🥺 highly recommend!

This gym is definitely a hidden gem in Fresno honestly can say the vibes here are very high I been to multiple gyms in Fresno and none match the atmosphere that this gym brings everyone is so welcoming and friendly feels just like home. The 24/7 availability makes it worth it on its own because that’s so hard to find these days and especially with the equipment they offer as well! I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone that’s looking for a amazing gym with a great community behind it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this gym! From day one, the owner has been incredibly communicative, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and makes you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. The gym is always clean, organized, and never overstimulating or overcrowded perfect for both long, focused workouts or quick sessions. There’s a great variety of equipment, so you never feel limited, and it truly helps you stay consistent. The sauna is one of my favorite parts aesthetic, extremely clean, relaxing, and never packed. This gym feels private, intimate, and well-maintained, which makes working out here enjoyable every time. Highly recommend to anyone starting their fitness journey and looking for a motivating, safe, and welcoming environment! 💪✨

We do not recommend this gym. My son attended with his coach to learn how to improve his strength and confidence. Instead of feeling welcomed, he felt like he was constantly being watched and questioned. He was even discouraged from using certain equipment despite being supervised by his coach. The owner and employees repeatedly singled out his coach, criticizing his training methods and making unnecessary comments. Their behavior came across as rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. Rather than creating a supportive atmosphere, they made both my son and his coach feel unwelcome. Young athletes should be able to learn and grow in a positive environment. Unfortunately, this gym failed to provide that experience. We will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others.
