They bait and switch. They will charge you an annual fee that's not listed on your contract and you have to pay it to cancel it. I asked mulitiple times if there were any fees I would have to pay in order to cancel and told no. There was no mention of it at all on the contract, I read every word. Overall I spent $123. The manager Cat does not care and all and quite passive aggressive. Gym is okay but pretty small. If you don't want to get scammed and want a better gym experience go to the better gym GB3.

Canceled membership already and signed the cancelation contract to pay last months membership which was already drafted from my bank, but I still keep getting emails that Crunch is still trying to charge me fees and my payment has been declined after my cancelation. Cat the manager at the Blackstone location is really helpless and has zero customer service. Does not help tobresolve your issues. If you want better ratings, hire better managers.

So clean and big. Lots of machines! They could add a bit more entertainment and color in the daycare but other than that, I enjoyed my first visit. I wish they had a couples membership deal like GB3 does. If you’re gonna cancel prepare to pay the annual fee and another month. $100

Been coming to this location since it opened. I haven’t experienced any issues. I have the 3/wk training package and Iyana is AMAZING!! I’ve also dealt with Ashley who is extremely friendly. The front desk staff is on point. I’ve never walked in or out without the saying hello and goodbye. The aqua massage loungers are a nice touch as well. As far as fees, it’s a business and everyone seems to always want something for free. With the very low month memberships, the annual fee is nothing. And it was mentioned upfront. If you’re looking for a new gym, give this one a shot. And if you’re in the market for a trainer, connect with Iyana.

I love this gym. The staff are really friendly, in general the vibe here is good. The only thing I hope they can improve on is the parking. I try to avoid going around 6-6:30 because it’s hard to find parking even on the street. It’s a shame because most of the classes are in the evening time.
