11/19/24 update: another great way to explore a class if you find the gym intimidating or if you're unsure about whether if it's the right fit for you then I would suggest signing up for a challenge. They always post them on Instagram and you can sign up and attend the class for the duration of the challenge. Previous: This is an amazing spot if you need a safe space to work out while building confidence. The community is great. You can take classes to get introduced to weight lifting and fitness classes. You also have a space that offers the machinery needed to perform lower and upper workouts.

me and my mom have been members since 2021, perfect place to build confidence and feel comfortable while working out! Amazing trainers and vibes i will never go anywhere else! No mean girl energy and youll most likely never have to wait for a machine or rack to open up💖 perfect for beginners learning how to exercise/eat correctly or advanced gym goers as well. Classes will kick your booty in the best ways its nice to learn different tips from different kinds of trainers. Ive never felt so comfortable in my skin and never been this active and healthy, there is a science to it so if your lost and need guidance hit them up✨💗

I had a great time at this gym! I was able to attend the Glute Bootcamp hosted by Taylor for the first time. She has an awesome training style as she takes the girls through a workout that varies from using the weights, resistance bands and a series of ab circuits. Her energy is what really brings out the class! Overall, this facility is catered to women and such a safe place! It’s a rare gem!! Highly recommend, my only regret is not finding this spot sooner.

I Love this gym! It’s such a vibe. I have been coming here for about two months now the instructors are awesome and very Knowledgeable. They Even help you with nutrition and meal plans. I personal train with Taylor! But, I also take some of the classes twice a week as well. I love how they have different times so it accommodates my busy life. All the instructors are awesome and they make you feel welcomed. I also love the fact that it’s an all women’s gym so it makes me feel comfortable to not have some creep watching me the entire time I am working out. You also never have to worry about it being overly crowded when you come considering it’s Open to you 24 hours so you don’t have to sit and wait for someone else to get off of a machine. ITS DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY!

I can't say enough good things about this gym!! Made by women for women. I have been to many gyms and have never felt more comfortable or included as I do at Doyennes. The classes they off keep me motivated, and knowing that other wonderful women will be joining the class gives me a sense of being held accountable. I've attended every class offered, and the coaches make you feel so welcome. They show you how to use the equipment properly while making sure that you have good form so you don't injure yourself. If you have any questions or concerns, they will answer and not make you feel like the questions you ask are silly. Doyennes is open 24/7, and you can bring a friend after 8 pm. What more could you ask for!?!?
