Absolutely love this fitness center! The customer service here is truly outstanding—Stephanie and Dayna are especially amazing. They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. The facility is also consistently clean and well-maintained, making every workout experience even better. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for amazing staff and a great environment!

I’ve been coming to this Planet Fitness on Kings Canyon for a while now, and it’s consistently a great experience. The facility is clean and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the staff. ​I want to give a special shout-out to Tony. He provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find that level of genuine helpfulness, and it definitely makes this my favorite gym in the area. Highly recommend this location!

As I was trying to figure out how to navigate complex issues through the medical system, I found this planet fitness as a therapeutic space for rehabilitation. This planet fitness has been supportive to me in ways people don’t commonly think the gym would be used. The staff is incredibly kind even when I’m having really hard days they still say hello and goodbye. The gym is always clean. I do enjoy the different media that they have available. I mostly appreciate going into a space even though I’m struggling and still feeling comfortable enough to workout. I wanna say a huge thank you to the staff. Thank you to Ashley for adjusting my silver sneakers credit to my membership and I appreciate all the hard work. Again, great job making people feel comfortable when they are not comfortable being themselves.

This fitness center is great! I have to come later but that one lady with the colored hair is amazing. She's always working hard and can still answer people's questions.. ive heard other clients talking about how good she.ia. thank you

I think everyone kind of knows what they get with Planet Fitness as far as equipment and environment at this point. However, the staff at this particular location is fantastic. They engage if you're willing to engage, give you a wave and a smile if you're not. They also keep the TV on during a Final Four game even if they're shutting down for the evening. I always have great customer service experience and all staff at all shifts (I've gone regularly late at night and very, very early in the morning) are willing to help and always work hard to keep a clean environment.
