Love this gym as it's my goto place. Good equipment and large space. Definitely a powerlifting gym. It has some cardio options but I love that it has more strength training options.

The best gym, ever! From the owners to the trainers to the clients, everyone has created this amazing gym culture there that makes everyone feel welcome! Whether you are a powerlifter or body builder or just started your journey, this place is for you. The community is great! I am a veteran, so I'm proud to be part of this veteran owned gym! If you haven't tried it come check it out once you come in you won't want to leave and now we are getting a second location as well so I'm excited to see how this community grows! Keep up the good work!!! Member since 2022!

This gym is the real deal that's open 24 hours. More iron than you will find at any other pansy posing parlor. Super clean. Buy your membership online (mine was for 6 days). They have an app that you'll need to download and use to open the door connecting your phone to the Bluetooth device to the left of the door (I checked that in red on the photo).

A COMPLETE AND HONEST REVIEW. Aside from the nice equipment, the gym is sub par in every single category. I went here for nearly a year, several times a week. The same problems persisted and were never fixed. It seems as if they are more concerned about their next instagram post rather than making sure the restrooms don't smell like a sewer. The "staff" there does nothing but dust occasionally and sit on their phones in the back room watching the cameras. Speaking of cameras, if you go here for about an hour, you may see more tripods than people working out. 20-30% of the gym seems to be recording every single second of their workout to where it is hard to focus because you are being recorded for an instagram reel. They have one older man and one older lady who slave away cleaning the entire place by themselves just for people to dirty it up immediately and the rest of the staff just won't help. The restrooms are by far the most disgusting I have been in. They struggle to keep toilet paper stocked. They struggle to have it smell moderately bearable. There have been several occasions where I have walked in to use the restroom and walked right back out because I was about to vomit. Multiple. Times. Why would you spend money on anything in the locker room / restroom when you could buy yet another overpriced barely used machine to cram in there where there already is no more space. Or maybe new flooring where nearly an entire room is one giant bubble? or where it seems as if the entire ceiling is leaking and/or falling apart??? Or maybe lets renovate the showers and then give up halfway through and leave the piping exposed and just leave them absolutely filthy. This gym is about 5 - 10 hard working employees/contractors from being great. This is unfortunately the epitome of what the new generation is. Caring more about how they are represented in the news or on social media, but when you take a closer look, it is as if the establishment is barely being held together. And good luck trying to cancel your membership because if you do it via phone call/website/email/in person, they still cannot figure out how to stop charging you. You are better off disputing it with your bank. But hey at least they bought another $15,000 machine.

The Iron Office was incredibly accommodating during my two-week holiday stay in Fresno. I train for hybrid fitness events like HYROX and DEKA and needed to stay on track for an upcoming race in Phoenix. Between their two locations, The Iron Office had absolutely everything I needed to keep training without compromise. The strong powerlifting atmosphere was a bonus—I was able to get quality barbell work in alongside my hybrid sessions. If you’re in the Fresno area, it’s hard to beat this gym for hybrid training, powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general fitness. It’s not a CrossFit gym, but for everything else, it delivers in a big way. Shout-out to Nina, who was fantastic and made getting set up easy from day one.
