I just moved here from Los Angeles, looking for a lifting gym and martial arts gym. Luckily I found Valley Fitness!! They offer gym memberships, as well as martial arts memberships. Currently -Regular $39 per month. -Reg+Group Classes+Digital personal training advice $69 per month. -Martial Arts $159 for 6 month minimum. They have everything you could need here. Except a pool, which they do have at another location in town. Sauna coming soon. 24 Hour access coming soon. After looking at gyms around fresno, I chose this one! Highly recommended.

One of the only true 24-hour gyms in Fresno and easily the best value in town. The gym has a huge variety of equipment, so you never feel limited in your workouts. It’s always clean, well organized, and the price is much better compared to other gyms around Fresno. If you’re looking for a solid gym with great equipment and the flexibility to work out anytime, this is definitely the place to go. 💪

Just moved out to Fresno, Warm Welcoming from the Staff. Even hooked me up with a couple of free Trails To their Muay Tai & Boxing classes & their Boot Camp. Great Staff & looks like a well maintained Gym. Equipment is Solid. Looking forward to Making this Gym my new home.

I highly recommend Valley Fitness — the layout is spacious, the gym is affordable, and there’s great availability and diversity of strength equipment and cardio machines. It’s a fantastic environment to train in with a respectful and kind community. Personal training with Brooks was a game changer. I’d been lifting on my own for five years and hit a plateau, but his programming helped me establish a good base in stability which helped me build a stronger foundation and safely push more load. After four months, I feel confident heading into my next loading phase and truly set up for long-term success. Highly recommend this gym and PT program.

I’ve been going to this gym for three years and have never had any issues. Staff are friendly, machines are always clean, and the people are serious. The martial arts gym inside is great as well. Manager Ray and his team are wonderful, definitely recommend.
