One of the best gyms I’ve gone to, cool environment and also has very clean equipment as well. Highly recommend to get lifts here. Not to mention, they also amazing and kind staff, shout out to Adaly who greets me every time. Makes my day even more awesome. Great gym 10/10. 🙏

I’ve been going to Reese, certified personal trainer at Valley Fitness on Ashlan for over 2 years now. He is the absolute best! He has an immense fitness knowledge base and experience. He customizes each workout according to your goals with sound nutrition plans and reminders to hydrate and sleep. Good at what he does is an understatement!! I have neurological challenges myself, and he always takes that into account, safely pushing my limits while paying close attention that I am not going to hurt myself. He’ll work around your schedule, he’s flexible and accommodating, and he has a positive personality, demeanor and a sense of humor. Valley Fitness IS NOT close to my house (actually GB3 and Planet Fitness are), and I choose to drive out of my way to Valley Fitness on Ashlan strictly to train with Reese, that’s how much I trust in his expertise, his skills, his knowledge, and his experience. If you’re looking for personal training, Reese is your man!!!

I’ve been to this Valley Fitness location before and had a good experience overall. The gym had a good atmosphere and good equipment, and I’ve heard it has plenty of space now so people can get their workouts in without it feeling too crowded. Overall, the staff is respectful, welcoming, and actually cares about members. Everyone Adaly works with has been nice and helpful, and she does a great job making people feel welcome.

Great gym but man that scanner needs to be fixed or replaced. Didn't work whatsoever and there was no staff. I switched gyms for 24 hours access and I couldn't get access at all 😔 Its was 7am-8am, I for sure would understand if there's no staff at midnight or something but I waited a bit.

Valley Fitness has become a daily routine. Plenty of available machines at all times of day. Very clean and a big variety of equipment. Staff is knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Jesse is extremely friendly and a wonderful welcome face to be greeted by. Always in a great mood and offers encouragement. Would highly recommend Valley Fitness Ashlan location.
