Aileen had an amazing attitude and was very helpful when we wanted to activate our active and Fit account. It felt welcoming to have someone explain all the details of the membership and made me more comfortable coming to the gym.

Alejandra was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the gym. She greeted us with a positive attitude, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. She took the time to explain the membership options clearly and helped both my friend and me sign up efficiently. Her professionalism and customer service made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

A 2 rating was being extremely kind! The gym isn't in the best of areas..Wilshire is like homeless city now..but anyway walked in with a positive attitude ready to show my ID and my 3 day free pass to be scanned, like it said in the email...Only to be told you have to have A special invitation!!..make a appointment, to use a guess pass! Already the vibes were off! The young lady said, the manager, told them to tell potential members this, 'so come back tomorrow ', Nope, I planned to never come back! So, the girl says, 'we'll, I can let you work out TODAY, but that's if you don't come back and use the other 2 days'!! Okay, I agreed because, in my minD, I already was over this shell game! So, I go upstairs to the dirty, nasty women locker room and I don't think I worked out more than 1 hours. A gym going smell like a gym, but when I say that gym had missed a couple cleanings!!! Turned off but the cleanness of the gym, the lack of manpower cleaning the place, and they seemed to have NO pride in thir brand. 24 fitness use to be the standard, no more!

The gym was extremely dirty, with visible trash on the floor and no supplies available to wipe down equipment after use. The bathrooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the urinal had dried urine that looked like it had been there for ages. Overall cleanliness and hygiene were very disappointing. staff ask members to leave a 5-star review upon signing up, which does not reflect the actual condition of the gym.

Aileen provided excellent customer service while helping me reactivate my membership. She was very empathetic, supportive, and professional throughout the process. I’ve been coming to this location for over 8 years, and it’s great to see the continued improvement in the team. Thank you, Aileen!!!!! 🥲
