⭐☆☆☆☆ I hate to leave a one-star review because I’ve been a member since 2007, and for many years this was one of my favorite gyms. The front desk staff have always been friendly, professional, and welcoming. My frustrations are not directed at them—I know many of these issues are beyond their control. Unfortunately, since the new ownership took over, the gym has noticeably gone downhill. The music is often so loud that it’s difficult to enjoy a workout, even with headphones. The men’s locker room is not maintained to the standard it once was, overall cleanliness throughout the facility has declined, and there seems to be a growing list of broken equipment that takes far too long to repair. Even some of the smaller things have gotten worse. The towel service is not what it used to be—the towels are noticeably smaller and lower quality than they were in the past. The juice bar has also become inconsistent. This morning was the second time I’ve come in and been told that refreshments couldn’t be restocked until after 5 p.m. For a gym that promotes premium amenities, these services should be available and properly stocked throughout the day. What makes this especially disappointing is that I’ve been a loyal member for nearly two decades. I’ve seen changes over the years, but this is the first time I’ve seriously considered switching gyms. It’s sad because I truly love the people who work here and have made many friends at this gym over the years. However, the overall experience no longer reflects the quality that kept me a member since 2007. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in restoring the cleanliness, maintenance, equipment, and member experience that made this gym great in the first place.

DONT GO HERE!!! THIS CLAIMS TO BE A LUX LOCATION!!! Its sooo not a luxury, you might as well go to a planet fitness.. It isa total joke.. First off LUX is like 10 bucks more a month so who cares.. It is what i would call LA luxury slap luxury on it charge 10 bucks more? I go to EOS in Phoenix was visiting for a few days for work, the gym i come from. The amenities are actually luxury, this site is just an old golds gym, that they converted and i guess over paid for, so turned into a "lux" location... Here are some fun examples: The EOS in phoenix i pay 30? bucks a month for includes: - hot and cold plunge pools, - shark tank / for stretching and recovery with nice massage chairs , massage guns - an abundance of weight clips (that you dont need to give you physical license to borrow) - a movie theater - a recording area I have no idea what makes this location luxury... it sounds like its a ploy to get people to pay more.. Plus they treat people walking in like they are some kind of thieves or something it was insane, need to badge in use a turn-style to get in , like ummm what? its a gym... get over yourselves.. its also extremely small and compact.. i was severely disappointed by the staff, the entire place was idk run down, oh and the no shakes shops .. here are some photos of what my normal EOS looks like , compare it and see. and then ask for a 10 dollar refund:)

This gym wouldn’t be as great as it is without the personal trainer Ali or Aly I’m not sure how u spell it. He is the reason my body is summer ready in 3 months. He holds us accountable for our progress and his class is fun and he is such a bright energy!! Seriously an amazing trainer that will have you seeing results in an hour class.

Not very tourist friendly, I asked for a day pass and they wanted to charge me £40. The gym looked new but could tell the equipment is not top notch and does not equal £40 for 1 hour work out. If you are a tourist wanting to work out do not come here unless you are willing to pay that.

DONT DONT .. do not come to this location because EOS members are not welcome. They want you to get another membership on top of your regular membership just to access this one Gym I’ve been traveling around the United States for along time using EOS everywhere and this is my first time this is happening it’s unbelievable . The staff is under trained and the facility look disgusting from inside and outside thankfully I did not go in.
