I really enjoy the 24 hour on Fulton. Yes a lot of the equipment and the pool is old. But they are trying to improve it. Yes things are dirty but I’ve noticed a lot of people don’t pick up after themselves. That would help. I love the classes especially Donna’s Senior fitness class. I’ve been taking it for about a month. Donna is a very dedicated instructor , she makes sure that we are exercising correctly because who wants to hurt afterwards? Eric is working on things . He has improved the quality since he became the manager. Be patient everyone! Things are getting better.

I’m honestly shocked at how bad the locker rooms and restrooms are at this 24 Hour Fitness location. Overflowing trash, used paper towels all over the floor, dirty stalls and visible buildup around toilets and showers. This isn’t a one time thing it looks like regular cleaning is being ignored. A gym is about health and hygiene and this feels unsafe and unacceptable for a place people pay monthly for. It’s hard to focus on a workout when basic sanitation isn’t being met. Management seriously needs to step up because this level of neglect drives members away. Until this is addressed, I wouldn’t recommend using the locker rooms at all.

I’m really disappointed with the state of this 24 Hour Fitness on Fulton. It honestly hurts to see how much it has gone downhill. Back in 2017–2018, this was one of the cleanest and best-maintained gyms in Sacramento — a place I truly enjoyed coming to. Now, it’s the complete opposite. Most of the machines are broken or out of order, and the entire gym is filthy. There’s dust everywhere, debris on the floors, and it just feels neglected. I don’t know who the manager is, but they really need to step up, do a deep clean, and stay on top of maintenance. This used to be a great gym, and it’s sad to see it in such poor condition.

Women’s locker room is still a hot mess! The excuse is that there is not a FEMALE STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY. HELLOOOOO - place a sign stating it’s closed, get it cleaned and open it back up. Surprised no one hasn’t gotten sick. The floor of the hot tub needs a thorough cleaning, the pool on the deep end the ladder railing need to be secured. This was yesterday 11/16/2025.

Hot Mess! Been a member for 23 years and this facility is disappointing. Never clean, equipment always broken, weights never racked properly, opening staff often late, pool temp "cool", try freezing, AND no hot water for most of a week so far, just called and still not fixed. Front desk people rarely upfront, sit side off to the side head down not paying attention to who is coming and going. Often people walk out with merchandise or walk in without checking in. Pretty sure most don't have memberships. When people ask my opinion of this location, I say it sucks, I wouldn't join. Sadly, I use this gym because of its location. So sad, I remember when this location opened, it was amazing. Love that is is called 24hr fitness but open 5 am to 11 pm.
