I truly love my In-Shape Natomas experience! Anytime I need help with anything, the staff always takes good care of me and makes me feel supported. I also really appreciate that when I have questions or need a better understanding of a process, they are always open, patient, and willing to educate me. This gym has become a place I enjoy coming to, and I love that I can bring my girls, my nephew, my mom, and my brother with me. It feels like a positive, welcoming environment for my family, not just a gym. I’m thankful for the kindness, support, and great customer service every time I come in.

Updated Review: I haven’t been back to this gym in months but I decided to come back after a while and I’ve seen improvements made. Staff and management here is pretty friendly. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions which is great. The reason for giving a 4/5 rating is there really needs to be a strict policy about wearing flip flops and not walking out of pools drenched. In the locker room I almost slipped and twisted my ankle . I think it’s important to be mindful and have awareness of each other when coming into the locker rooms after the pools. It would also be nice if the bigger room was open all hours considering other locations keep their open. Overall I love the improvements of this place . Keep it up! ✨✨🙏

I’ve been a member here for years, and the decline since In-Shape took over has been impossible to ignore. I’m in the gym Monday–Friday at 4 AM and weekends at 6 AM, so I see the issues daily. Equipment stays broken for months. Right now, there are four StairMasters out of order, and that’s just one example. The sauna and steam room, which are the only reason many of us stay, work inconsistently at best. Cleanliness has also gone downhill, and overall it feels like the facility quality is no longer a priority. The only positive part of this location is the people, both the members and the staff who show up and do their best despite the conditions. I’ve been to Planet Fitness, Crunch, 24 Hour Fitness, Lifetime, and even other In-Shape clubs, and unfortunately this is the worst location by far. As soon as another gym with comparable amenities opens nearby, I’ll be switching.

They fixed everything plus improved the heavybag🥊Steam room is better spa gets cleaned every thurs. Heavybag actually has its own work out area. It took time, Im satisfied. Family community gym we all look out 4 each other all ages. Feb 28th water bag boxing been down weeks it takes 1 days 2 replace it. Heavybag was down over a month it took 1 day 2 replace it with the old parts they blatantly used from the old bag. What we have hear in feb 2026 is miss management the old management moved faster idk what the new manager is doing. Ph balance is always off in the spa because they never fully drain the spa there's always dirt old water left in the spa. The spa is cleaned every thurs plus a additional day because it isn't cleaned properly. Mismanagement, I'll change my rating to 2 other inshape gyms are taken care of ours isn't. 5/1/2026 heavybag is back down straps are broken hopefully it doesn't take a quarter year again to fix the straps or replace that old refurbished bag. There's another "TITLE" bag that's better hopefully that bag is put back up. The water bag is back up boxers & mma guy have 1 bag to work with. It took a quarter year to replace that bag, it was recently replaced about a month ago. Spas jets currently have issues. June 3rd 2026 brand new heavybag I gave a new start steam room fixed hasn't been in years new management the queens is handling business the mechanics suck. Water fountain down in pool area over a weak. The mechanics making the staff look bad free money 💰. While the staff is killing it I figured it out. Its the mechanics lack of, not the management. Management on point MECHANICS SUCK! I increased a star 4 management not mechanics the new management has fixed things that hasn't been fixed in years. Mechanics giving the gym a blk eye. Im grateful 4tha brand new heavybag the whole gym is respect 2tha management not the mechanics.

I had a really great gym workout today. The atmosphere was motivating, and the equipment was clean and easy to use. I managed to push myself a bit harder than usual, which felt rewarding. Overall, it was a refreshing and energizing experience that left me feeling strong and positive.
