Gym looks great well kept, they have a good amount of cardio and free weight equipment and they have a punching bag in the back with an area of mats for mma/boxing training they have a recovery area with massage chairs in a side room, the gym smells clean like they clean the equipment frequently and it is a great atmosphere not busy at all and it’s 24/7 access and they offer day passes if your just traveling for work not gonna lie though I was here for the barbershop inside the gym he is an amazing barber named Khristian it is by appointment only and he is always booked but if you show up definitely check him out he will gladly give you his details to book and believe me you won’t be disappointed.

Really great gym. Plenty of equipment and weights. I was in from out of town for the day and the day pass was only $10.00. Easy to obtain through their website, download an app, pay and then you’re in the gym for the day. I travel a lot for work and I wish more cities had accessible and affordable gyms like this.

I was in Sacramento for a weekend, and inquired about day passes. Joe called me and was so friendly and helpful, it was so lovely. My partner and i thoroughly enjoyed our workouts at the gym, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, clean, no frills gym, either as a home base or if you are passing through the city. The perfect gym. All the equipment you need, 24/7 access, and no crowds. They’ve got more than enough benches, squat racks, and cables to go around, not to mention all the other machines. During my many hours here last summer I spent exactly 0 seconds waiting for a machine, even during peak hours. Everything’s in solid condition too. If what you’re looking for is simply a place to enjoy a workout and focus on yourself for a bit, you can’t go wrong. The worst thing about this gym is that I don’t live near it anymore.

Visited this gym when travelling on business and it was awesome! Reasonable price for a day pass and great range of equipment. Very attentive staff as well. Would definitely come back!
