Love this gym!!!! but the WiFi they have doesn’t work, I have the 2 different WiFis and both don’t work at all:( I like to listen to music and watch shows while I work out and I can’t. The gym itself is amazing the machines they have are great but I wish they had working WiFi esp since it’s 50 a month:/

One of the best I've ever been to, if not the best. Seriously, super clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there and attentive. Super safe, they're very serious, kind, respectful, and have a family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend them. If I ever have to return to Sacramento, I'll definitely come back here.

I was just looking for a day pass. This gym blew me away. The equipment is up to date and the powerlifting room is so nice. This gym has the most cables I’ve ever seen. Then people are so friendly. Miriam was very nice and helpful. The cleanliness is excellent. I even saw them move/lift machines to vacuum underneath. If I lived here I would make this my home gym! Great environment.

My new gym crush is officially The Gym. It’s got everything: so much space, good old school equipment, power lifting energy, spotlessly clean and organized, and all hours access. I would kill to have this at this price at home in New York.

Love this gym, been going here for 10 years since I moved to Sacramento. It is clean with well maintained equipment. You can tell the gym owner CJ cares about his members and listens to requests and concerns.
