I highly recommend EOS Fitness San Diego! This was my first time ever working with a trainer, and the experience has been a total game-changer. The Fitness Manager, Andres Cortez, leads an incredible team and ensures a high standard of service. You can really tell he cares about the members' experience and keeping everything running professionally. I’ve been working with Michaela, and she has been absolutely incredible! I was worried about feeling out of place, but her coaching style is so patient and easy to follow. She explains the 'why' behind every move so clearly, which has made me feel completely comfortable and confident. She creates a welcoming, judgment-free zone that makes me actually look forward to my workouts. Huge thanks to Andres and Michaela for such a great start to my fitness journey!"

Not currently a member but seriously considering joining up because I truly need to get my health back. Never been inside but I've been hanging out a little bit on the top level of the garage to kinda feel it out a little bit and have had quite a few actual members tell me this is the place I should sign up at. The members seem to, let's say, tolerate me enough when I'm up there hanging out in my little blue van but I if someone would like to just grab me and drag me in then I promise I won't resist. I don't exactly love going to the gym, but knew I needed to get my act together so I signed up for PT through Eos. My trainer George has been awesome to work with. He's given tons of great tips and is patient with me given I have no idea what I'm doing. If you're new to the gym or a seasoned goer who just needs a good place to work out, I can't recommend it enough.

This review shout out is for Ellie that works at the front desk. She recently started working there and is already setting the example in trying to stock on paper towels and have the water spray bottles filled. It's important not work out on sweaty machines right!? So those supplies are clutch. And not to mention it helps keep things functional and clean. Which is why I'm giving EóS Point Loma a three star. Not because of the staff but because of the poor cleanliness of the restrooms, machines and common areas. I've been coming here for 6 years now, let me tell you it has been the story of there lives. Before I forget Andrew and Kaily at the front are also a five star Rockstars, providing always upbeat postive customer service. I believe the managers should once in awhile step in and help with the restocking cleaning supplies and cleaning bathrooms...managers should also focus on getting machines fixed consistently and not fix machines every other month. So please show some luv to the front desk peeps they do a lot. My name is Alfredo and I approve this message.

EoS Fitness is a great place to work out! They have plenty of areas and equipment, so there’s something for everyone. The gym is always clean and well organized, and the staff are kind, friendly, and welcoming. It really feels like a great community to be a part of!
