It’s amazing how Kenny & his team managed to incorporate all the amenities into this 6,000 sq ft location from a builders perspective. The energy & people are unmatched and incredibly great. I’ve been here for almost a year and I can say that it has gotten addictive being surrounded by these great people. I’ve been able to lose 50/100 lbs and slowly get into the best shape of my life here therefore I’ve called this place my second home. If you need a pre workout they have it. If you need electrolytes, they have it. If you need food and microwave, they have it. From Yoga, Pilates, Boxing to even Jumping classes, they have it all!! Cold plunges , red light sauna, outside showers with ocean view it’s almost like being at a resort for less than $200 a month. Kenny also does an appreciation bbq every month for his members. Ocean Pacific Gym is by far one of the best gyms in the country!

This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever been to, literally on the planet. The gyms in Bali and other places are cool, no question. But there is something very special about here. The staff and ownership genuinely care about the people the exercise here. It's a very beautiful community to be a part of. They're always looking for, and incorporating, new ways to improve the facility. They have the best equipment I have ever seen, anywhere. It's not even a close comparison. The classes are phenomenal, and the teachers genuinely know what they're talking about and go out of their way to offer personalized feedback. Even when the classes are full. I truly cannot recommend this gym enough. Thank you very much to the Ownership and everyone who works here, you've truly made this something special.

OPG is SO different than it used to be and honestly one of the best gym experiences I’ve had. As a female, it can be hard finding a gym that feels comfortable and welcoming instead of feeling overly “bro gym” energy, but OPG somehow figured out how to make everyone feel like they belong. There are tons of women working out here and the vibe is motivating, friendly, energetic, and fun. The Jump & Jam classes are INSANE in the best way possible. Seriously, that’s what brought me here in the first place. Layla and Catharina absolutely bring nonstop energy and power to every class. The music, the vibe, the people… it’s one giant dopamine boost. You walk out exhausted and happy every single time. The gym itself is super clean and has basically every piece of equipment you could think of. The women’s locker room is well stocked, which I appreciated. They also have saunas, steam rooms,, tanning, cold plunge, showers… honestly what else could you even want? Another thing I loved is that the owner is actually there, working out and accessible. I literally walked right up and said hi. That says a lot about the culture of a gym. Also HUGE bonus: they help take care of parking for you, which makes life way easier. A couple things I think they could improve pretty easily: * More fans in the class rooms because those classes get HOT * Move the washer/dryer out of the class area * Stop the occasional battle between the front office and the classes over music volume because the high-energy atmosphere is part of what makes the classes so fun But honestly? None of that stopped me from wanting to come back. There are a lot of beautiful people there, but everyone’s just focused on working out, feeling good, and living their best life. Highly recommend. Don’t waste time debating it. Get the membership.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in San Diego, but Ocean Pacific Gym and Wellness in Pacific Beach is the best!. The atmosphere is super motivating, the facility is always clean, and the equipment selection is incredible whether you’re into bodybuilding, strength training, cardio, or recovery work. The amenities really make this place stand out — rooftop workout areas with ocean views, saunas (especially nurses like me who are on their feet all day!!!), steam rooms, Himalayan salt rooms, cold plunge/ice bath, posing room, red light therapy, tons of classes, and even validated parking which is huge for PB lol. You can tell the owners and staff genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for members. BIGGG shoutout to Lucas M. as well for always being motivating, stand out trainer and person, and bringing great energy to the gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a top-tier fitness experience in Pacific Beach! ♥️ Beth L., DNP, RN

Love this gym so much! My trainer Tammy has shown me so many good machines especially the ones downstairs (glute lab). I love that they have 2 different sauna rooms and cold plunges to access. Thank you Tammy & OPG!
