I was visiting town and decided to try out this gym as my amazing friend, Haley, had recently started coming here and I LOVED it! Coach Serhan was wonderful. He was attentive, motivating and ensured everyone understood what the workout was and how to execute the exercises properly. The class itself was energetic and the blue lights gave the class a fun vibe. The full body shred was definitely a burner and I loved every moment. I highly recommend stopping by and I will definitely be coming back whenever I am back in town. Thank you so much again Serhan and Renegade!

Renegade is my favorite circuit training gym in San Diego, I have been working out with them in Point Loma since they have first opened! After reading some low star reviews below, I wanted spread the word about the cardio stations being creative and including med balls and kettlebells. I recently got hooked on the UTC/ La Jolla location! It IS clean and good layout, coaches are great with awesome playlists! And ppl are friendly. I love full body MetCons the best! I never miss a weekend! I could see if someone is new to working out circuit style, that at some workouts it would be possible to get a little lost, since it’s fast paced at times. But I have always been asked by coaches that have never met me before, if I needed help. Coach Justin and Thien are the nicest and helpful; 100% recommend!

Renegade is such a gem that challenged me to push myself a little more each time. Shoutout to Coach Josh, who always felt so nonjudgmental and encouraging. He asked me on the first day what kind of music I liked to workout to which meant a lot. Bangers every time for sure! Any time I saw his name on the app I made sure to sign up. So kind! Coach Chelsea is INCREDIBLE! She really gives you tips and strategies to make sure you’re getting the most out of your work out and your posture is correct. She really went above and beyond and I left feeling inspired every time.

I'm not even into my second month with Renegade but it has been an unreal experience. I love the vibe, the structure of it, and it makes me feel so much better about myself! I've only experienced 3 coaches so far; Ryan, Rache, and Zena but all 3 of them are amazing. Their experience and guidance makes the learning curve seemless and they deliver the energy and good vibes to keep you going the whole way through!

Was a lil hesitant on joining this gym because I was use to traditional weight training and not much of a mix with cardio. But I love the classes, the mix of cardio and weights and overall pump. I always leave feeling GREAT. And that calorie burn 🔥 Renegade Team is friendly, professional and love this gym, how easy it is to get to and out of there. No BS. Excited to be making Gains/Strength 💪🏽
