Renegade has great classes and very caring coaches! 3 free trials classes. Would recommend! Enjoyed both classes - upper body with Josh and Lower body with Casey. You can make the class as challenging as you want with many different weight options. Bring your own towel! You're going to sweat!

I took Que’s class and absolutely loved it. He’s an amazing instructor, super motivating, clear with his guidance, and makes the class really fun. I felt supported the whole time, and the energy was awesome.

This is hands down the best gym in San Diego! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely kind. They push you to be your best while making you feel comfortable and welcomed every single day. The schedule is structured and consistent, which makes it easy to stay committed and disciplined. I also love that there are multiple locations — it makes it so convenient no matter where you are in the city. If you’re looking for a gym with great energy, amazing coaching, and real results, this is it!

Absolutely love this gym! The facilities are top-notch and always clean, plus the staff is super friendly and motivating. There’s a great variety of classes and equipment to keep me engaged and hitting my fitness goals.

Was based in San Diego for work for a few months and went here consistently. I’ve checked out a lot of workout classes while traveling and this was one of the best. The coaches were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure you’re moving well (not just going through the motions).
