After going to vasa fitness this gym is a dream. All new equipment and if anything breaks, it’s fixed right away. The facility as well to include the bathrooms and sauna are extremely clean. Its atmosphere is bright with a view of the city being right in downtown Denver. If you want a gym that’s in downtown Denver with all the equipment. This is the place.

Where do I begin? I have visited gyms across the globe and can unequivocally say that The Athletic Club in Denver is second to none. From the moment you walk in, you realize that this place is special. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and the facilities are state of the art. This place has so many great things going for it that there are too many to list here. Just a few: 1. Super clean and well organized 2. Top of the line fitness equipment 3. Everything perfectly organized on the gym floor for easy access and ease of use. 4. Experienced trainers who themselves are in great shape so they obviously live the life as well as teaching it. 5. Awesome locker rooms I could go on and on but suffice it to say, if we end up moving to the Denver area, I am 1000% joining this gym along w the rest of my family. Well done everyone!!

The gym is fantastic; they have a wide variety of machines and the facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. It's definitely a great place.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 1.5 months. Loving my experience so far. I primarily come for the Pilates classes. David’s classes have become part of my weekly routine. It’s very clean and I love the recovery amenities - sauna, red light therapy, hydro massage and compression boots. The staff are also super friendly. I always feel better after leaving THE Athletic Club.

I’ve been training at this gym for a while now and everything has been great: the facilities are well maintained, the atmosphere is friendly, and the staff is always helpful. But if I had to highlight a couple of things, it would definitely be the wellness package, especially the Pilates classes. They’re a huge plus and really make a difference. The Pilates instructor, David, is simply amazing. He explains everything very clearly, pays attention to everyone in the class, corrects posture carefully, and makes each session dynamic and effective. He brings great energy and keeps you motivated, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. I also want to give a special mention to my personal trainer, Thalia. She’s fantastic—very professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. She creates personalized workouts, keeps you motivated, and makes every session both challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
