I cannot recommend FIIT Co highly enough. As someone completely new to fitness classes, I walked in nervous and immediately felt secure and welcome. The team creates an atmosphere where you feel comfortable asking questions about any movement, without a hint of self-consciousness or intimidation. Ned and the entire team are exceptional. They don't just coach you through a workout, they genuinely connect with you. Every single one of them would say hi when I walked in and offer real encouragement throughout class. That kind of consistent warmth makes a massive difference, especially for someone just starting out. And the results speak for themselves. I saw tremendous gains in my body in a relatively short time, to the point where it got a little addictive (in the best way). The kettlebell and barbell work in particular is programmed incredibly well. If you are in Denver and on the fence about trying a fitness class, go to FIIT. You will be greeted, coached, and pushed by a team that genuinely cares. Five stars without hesitation.

You wanna learn how to shuffle dance? They got you. You want ACTUAL Full body HIIT workout options? They got you. First timer here -- I did a Pull class with Ned, was helpful in form and gave good cues and motivation! Music was awesome. I didn't fully comprehend it during the workout, but I lifted 10 more lbs than I usually do for bent over rows. Very good spot if you're looking for a good workout.

FIIT Co Denver has transformed my health. Excellent coaching, smart programming, and fun variety. The Friday and Saturday kettlebell classes are my favorite, they round out the weekly strength and other HIIT workouts perfectly.

The FIIT Co. is an awesome place to work out! The trainers are amazing—super knowledgeable and always take the time to correct your form so you get the most out of every session. Brad, Ned and team are great at what they do and make each workout fun and motivating. I also love the flexibility of their class schedule — it’s easy to find sessions that fit with my busy day. The gym itself is really well set up, with multiple rooms for different workouts depending on the time of day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great community and killer workouts in downtown Denver!

Wow! Finally.. I’ve been trying to get back in the gym and a solid routine since I moved to Denver in 2020. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, the staff and the classes. 45 minutes goes by so fast in the best way! I’m still at the point right now that I’m super sore after every class and end up having to take the next day off- which is frustrating but that is to be expected. No matter the class I take- all of the staff has been so welcoming and doesn’t make me feel out of place! Isabella especially- her classes are my favorite but any class with any instructor you will love! Best workout experience ever and excited to renew my membership for March!
