I’ve had such a great experience with Alpha Instinct Fitness! The trainer - Fefy is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. From day one, I felt welcomed and motivated. The small group training sessions are well-structured, challenging, and effective. I’ve already started seeing positive changes in my strength, energy levels, and overall fitness. They really focus on proper form and personalized attention, which makes a big difference. The environment is positive, encouraging, and perfect for staying consistent. I truly look forward to my workouts here! Alpha Instinct fitness is THE PLACE to go for overall wellness and fitness ! The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. I never feel pressured but pushed to do my best so i can look my best. Definitely recommend joining the gym and signing up for personal training services

Trei is the best!!!! I’ve been working with him for about 2 years and he’s helped me gain my strength back and lose weight that I never thought would happen. He’s motivational, encouraging, knowledgeable, and makes every workout a great experience. I highly recommend him and Alpha Instinct Fitness to anyone looking to get in the gym.

Trei is definitely a great trainer. He has helped me work on the weakest parts of my body over the course of a few months and has helped me gain the best confidence!
