Awesome gym. Clean, well-equipped, and staff is super friendly. Classes are great and the vibe is motivating — definitely my go-to spot in Jacksonville.

Great gym. I've been coming here when I'm in town on business. The owner is nice and welcoming. They have a cage set up for doing free weights - squats, overhead press, dead lift, etc. There is a large open area for small class workouts too. The equipment is new and in good working order. I've been coming in the mornings and the gym is not crowded. There is also a great place around the corner to get your after workout protein shake, or whatever replenishment you like.

Fantastic Personal Training - great workouts individualized to your goals & unique exercises every time. I’ve really enjoyed working out here and it has helped my strength and mobility tremendously! This is a 1:1 or group training place only. I’ve done the 1:1 personal training and it’s been the best personal training I’ve ever had. I’ve played D1 baseball and have worked with many different trainers - Melissa is the Best! Thank you!

Love this gym!! Personalized training even in the small group setting. Every workout is unique and keeps the muscles guessing from one workout to the next. Melissa does a fantastic job at making every workout very effective while personal to each member’s ability.
