I came back from a vacation with a dislocated shoulder (not the first time), and was worried this time it wouldn't be able to fully recover. Thankfully, Gabriel at Monster Cast has been able to rehabilitate my shoulder back to where it was and better! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and extremely motivating. I am a Monster Cast fan for life!

Gabriel was amazing! I was able to work out my pinky toe and get incredible results ! I lost 200 lbs and I’m basically 99.9% muscle now, no more body fat! Or bones!

The Monster Cast mentality is perfect! Gabriel keeps training interesting and fun. If you show up and put in the time, he takes care of the rest. Having seen him for the past 12 weeks, I have dropped 20+ lbs., and accomplished my goals in my most recent Ironman 70.3. Gabriel kept me on track, both in the gym, and drove accountability at home in the kitchen! He is extremely motivated, has a very positive attitude, and an overall great energy. His pricing is great for Miami, and his results are even better. I will definitely keep harnessing my inner Monster with Gabriel, and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Gabriel is a personal trainer that effectively motivates his clients to conquer their inner monster. The "monster" is an analogy used to represent our internal thoughts and emotions such as fear and self doubt. The monster often consumes and controls us holding us back from reaching our goals and living our desired reality. Gabriel has a very positive attitude towards his approach to fitness and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. His gym is very nice as it is private and has all the equipment that you need to achieve your fitness goals. If you are looking to get started with your fitness journey, this is a great place to start. Always remember, conquer your monster! ⭐

Gabriel is literally one of the best trainers I’ve ever met. Even though I was only in Miami for Ultra and wanted to get some fitness work in, Gabriel took me in and put his 100% attention and effort in making my two sessions of private training from Groupon account. His gym is like no other - clean, professional equipment with a cozy living room, smoothie bar, and coffee shop. I truly wish his dreams of expanding comes true someday and he eventually comes to Chicago :)
