Love this place. It’s always clean, the staff is great, and the members are friendly. Every time I walk in, someone says hello and makes me feel welcome. My workout routine is pretty simple: hot tub, sauna, admire my gains in the mirror for a minute, and head home. No judgment here. My 15-year-old daughter has her own membership and comes several times a week, which I really like. It’s nice having a place nearby that we both enjoy. Overall, EOS is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. Highly recommend it.

EOS is a fantastic gym, but what really sets this location apart is the incredible front desk team—specifically Perkins! Every time I walk in, Perkins is doing an awesome job keeping the energy high and the facility in top shape. You constantly see him moving around, making sure the gym is super clean, the equipment is wiped down, and everything is perfectly restocked. Beyond his amazing work ethic, he is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out with any questions or issues. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in keeping a gym running smoothly. Huge shoutout to Perkins for making every workout a great experience! 🙌🏼🏋🏽‍♂️

This gym is great. I go mainly around 2am-4am because of my schedule and also it is way less packed. I always get greeted by Perkins and enjoy having a worker at the gym engage in conversation with me. This Eos is so great from the cleanliness to the movies, everything overall is amazing about it. I highly suggest going here and if you don’t like crowds maybe do it later at night or early in the morning.

Love this place.❤️ It’s my happy place, my stress reliever, my emotional support, my sanity keeper, and my place to meet up with friends. I especially love the variety of group fitness classes they offer including step, body combat, body pump and ZUMBA which is my absolutely passion! I was thrilled when I learned that David Oliveira, one of my favorite zumba instructors, was teaching at the Ehrlich location again!! He is so energetic and has a passion for teaching. His class is the best hour you can spend working out that doesn’t feel like you’re exercising. You have so much fun you end up feeling like the hour went by way too fast! ❤️I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to make exercise and fitness a part of their healthy lifestyle!💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️💃🏽💯

I took a Zumba class with my teenage daughter, and it was such an amazing experience. Eva Kalloudis is an incredible instructor, so welcoming, patient, and encouraging. This was the first class I’ve taken since having brain surgery, and I’ve been dealing with cognitive challenges, but Eva made me feel completely comfortable and supported. She checked in, helped when I needed it, and truly made me feel like I could do it. The class was fun, uplifting, and empowering. I will absolutely continue taking classes with her and highly recommend her to anyone, at any level.
