In comparison to most Gold's locations I've visited, this one is one of the best. Granted it is newer, but it also far exceeds other locations in its layout and offerings. I love that there are many different areas to workout in, offering both a large gym atmosphere as well as a more private workout experience, depending on you preference. This layout also allows for the availability of many different machines, helping to prevent many people waiting for one thing. I also love that the cardio equipment is primarily located on the second level, allowing for more privacy (though there is some on the first level as well). I would say the majority of gym attendees are bodybuilers/influencers/serious lifters which creates an atmosphere that inspires you to work harder and lift heavier. Being a busy gym, it also creates a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. They also offer just about every energy drink and protein shake on the market, as well as a full smoothie bar and vending machines with any gym essential you could imagine (though they are all quite pricey). I will note that during peak hours, this gym is BUSY and can be a bit overwhelming. It is also not tailored to those new to the gym or looking for a calm, quiet environment. In summary, if you're a serious gym-goer looking for a community and facility to support you, this is the one!

If you enjoy navigating around tripods and cameras set up all over the gym floor, this might be the place for you. I had a membership for just over a year, and the sauna was operational for maybe four of those months. The staff often blamed members for “messing with the sensor,” but even budget gyms manage to keep basic amenities functioning consistently. The cold plunge setup is essentially a trash can in a separate room that rarely gets used, which feels more like an afterthought than a legitimate recovery option. The atmosphere can also be hit or miss. Between constant filming, overly aggressive gym behavior, and a social-media-driven vibe, it doesn’t always feel like a focused training environment. The equipment itself is decent, but overall, it’s hard to justify the price for what you actually get.

This is by far the best Gold's I've been to in the southeast. Even the Nashville Gold's pales in comparison. Extremely clean facility with a friendly staff with excellent equipment in great condition. I especially love how they have rooms separate for each muscle group, notably, the heavy dumbell room. It's not like other gyms where it's just a crowded mess. 10/10 will be back.

Equipment goes crazy. Unique atmosphere. Indoor/outdoor section is dope. I didn’t snag a picture of the cardio section but they have a big section tucked away upstairs. Best gym in Tampa, even better than lifetime
