I started training here because my trainer Emily works out of this gym, and it’s been such a great fit. The equipment is genuinely some of the best, especially for glute training. They’re always bringing in new machines and keeping things updated, which makes a big difference if you care about training seriously. The space is clean and well set up. Solid gym all around.

Love my gym! This gym is for the ladies. Its full of Mostly females. Highly recommended!

Optimum is the best gym in Tampa! Been a member for over two years. Great for women especially with glute station and trim apart of the membership. Really welcoming and encouraging environment. Good equipment, clean, and always evolving making the gym better. Highly recommend!

One of the best gyms I’ve been to for both training and recovery. Optimum has excellent glute equipment, and it’s a space where strength and recovery actually coexist. Recommend checking it out.

Front desk person was mildly friendly. They have a great variety of equipment. They left the door open for a long time and I got bit up by mosquitoes which I am very allergic too. I had to hurry and finish my workout and get out of there. It was also kind of hot in there. I’m not sure if it’s normally like that or it’s just because they left the door open and it’s Florida. Fortunately I was just visiting through ClassPass and don’t have a membership here. I will not be back.
