It's a very convenient and fairly well-equipped gym if you work in the G-P Center building. Plenty of cardio machines, an extensive set of weight machines, and an acceptable free weight setup. Friendly, helpful staff keep it running smoothly. The main complaint I have is that the equipment in general is quite old, and in 4 years of visiting, I don't think I saw any piece replaced. When equipment breaks, they're pretty good about getting it fixed in a timely manner, so on one hand it almost doesn't matter, but on the other hand, the membership fee is about the same as gyms that keep cutting-edge equipment.

I was visiting a friend in Atlanta and went here to get a workout in. Nice clean place, they have everything you need, free weights, kettlebells, machines, it's all there. They have a nice out door running truck also. You will need to enter through the Georgia pacific building, and Wal though the lobby across the walkway abd take the elevator to the 9th floor. It's. Located on top of a parking garage.

in town for a visit, went to get a day pass. first visit is free. new equipment (squat racks, benches, machines, cardio equipment), no crowds (went at 5pm on a weekday). friendly staff. clean. what else can you ask for?

Really happy with this gym. Its never too crowded, even at peak times, and I can always use the equipment I want. I never have trouble finding a great workout here.

A little on the small side, but has pretty much any equipment you'd want to use. Great for non busy times, but I imagine it'd get a bit crowded during peak hours.
