When my "normal" gym was closed, I swung by for a workout here. Typical equipment indicative of a planet franchise, no "real" weights. Everything was clean and in good working condition. I stopped in on a weekday around 10am, so it wasn't busy and it was nice to see an employee walking around making sure everything was put away and wiped down.

I have been to Planet Fitness locations all over the country. This is by far the best gym I have EVER been to and a phenomenal gym. You cannot go wrong for $10. This facility is massive, clean and has equipment I have never seen before. I was like a kid in a playground. If I lived locally, even over the $200 gym memberships, this would be my first choice.

This is a pretty great location with friendly staff so cannot complain about the workers. There are just a lot of what appears to be homeless population just chilling in the locker room. Not even doing anything. Just sitting there, watching. I understand letting them come in to shower or even if they can afford the $10 membership, great. Let them in. But when they're chilling in the locker room for the entire duration of my work out, it is a little much. Might need to be a bit more regulated in that regard. Cannot speak for the women's locker room though. For it to be in midtown and a high populated gym, the locker room is a bit small and can get crowded. I do LOVE the speciousness of the rest of the gym! After hours can get crowded so if you can go during the day even on weekends, I recommend that. Update: There is what seemed to be a homeless man just sitting in the locker room with his bare feet. His bare feet had bandages all over his toes and the rest of his feet had open sores. The entire locker room smelt like infection and dirty feet. He sat there chilling for a long time and while I changed I watched every man's face as they enter scrunch up from the smell. It still smelled at the end of my workout but the man was no longer there.

Jamie was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He canceled my sister’s membership because she was understandably frustrated after being asked to go back to her car again—she had just returned from her car to get her parking ticket and was then told she needed her ID. Even after she agreed to go get it and walked away, he said he “didn’t like her attitude,” claimed she wasn’t the type of person he wanted working out at Planet Fitness, and canceled her membership on the spot. Because of this, I canceled my membership as well—out of principle. I’ve been a member since 2022, and neither of us was treated with any respect. He made no effort to de-escalate the situation, keep our business, or handle the matter professionally. We have been consistently going to this gym since June 2025 and have checked in with multiple staff members during that time. No one has ever mentioned an issue with her profile photo before. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and handled terribly. Frankly, the interaction felt discriminatory and based on race. The experience was so poor that we signed up with a competitor that same night. Completely unacceptable.

Sign up online at this location. Just did the tour with Jaime and he was Excellent!! Not only did he Explain everything in Details. He also showed me on his phone how to add My Son and join classes. It's been awhile since I've visited one. Glad I choose this one the atmosphere and Jaime was nice. Thanks
