I was honored to experience a great high intensity workout today with Simone.She made everyone feel like they could do the exercises that was required today. I'm from Florida and will definitely be back next time i come to Georgia!!

I’ve been attending this gym for 4 months now and I WISH i knew about it wayyy sooner. My trainer Nick is awesome, so nice and listens. Then I started attending the classes and I’m addicted now …every single male and female I’ve met has been so nice. I say hi to everyone and no one has ever been mean. Ladies i want to note I like to think I’m cute and no guy has ever tried to hit on me like at regular gyms. This place is top tier , don’t wait …attend one of the classes TODAY ( Trampolean Fitness Every Monday @ 7:30 PM is my Fav 🥳🎉🎉)

I have to echo another review on here about the step aerobics class. This class was not very accommodating or inclusive. In fact, the instructor practically berated someone in the front for doing accommodated jumping jacks during the warm up. He stated, “If you wanted to be lazy, you could have been fat at home.” This comment and the lack of pushback/reaction from others taking the class lets me know that this fatphobia is simply assumed when you walk through the door. During the actual class, the instructor only showed the steps once, under the guise that “this isn’t a class you take once.” ….ok! Between this bigoted comment and inability to accommodate first-time guests, I’m starting to believe that the appeal of this space is exclusivity. If you’re looking for a fitness space that will help you create a better regard for your body, that supports all bodies coming into fitness journeys, and that isn’t looking to build a cult following, look elsewhere.

I went to the Glute Camp Class and it was amazing. This was my first time coming here and I didn't leave disappointed at all. I had an amazing workout and I was so drenched with sweat. The energy was unmatched and the DJ was great. Not to mention the gym is just a whole vibe. And at the end of class I stopped and grabbed me a smoothie at their smoothie bar. They also sale fresh juices, sea moss and wraps to. Oh and a side note one of the owners has her own fitness clothing line called The Body NV and you can get some really nice gym clothes to while you're their. Oh and I'm just going to gone ahead and drop the fact that it's black owned.🙌🏽 Now, after all that y'all just come on down and see all the hype for yourself. Thank me later cause I already know you will. 😉

Just Took Cam Body Shock 7am class !!!! WHEN I SAY AMAZING!! If you wanna actually feel like your getting a great Workout get to his 7am !! He is incredible! 5 star I highly recommend! The vibe of the gym is so nice and the front desk woman is so Kind !! 5/5 I highly recommend!! Thank you Cam
